Renaissance Bathrooms & Kitchens

We had a really positive experience with Renaissance bathrooms. It is a small, close knit team and they are all very helpful, friendly and professional. The showroom is deceptively large and has a really good variety of products on display. John was really helpful and took time with us to design the bathroom exactly as we wanted. Renaissance ended up providing us with a beautiful bathroom which looks stunning. All of the products we chose are of really good quality whilst also being affordable. We particularly love our vanity unit. Although not obligated to do so, John advised us of an upcoming Crosswater sale. By taking his advice and holding off a few weeks to order, it saved us around 40% on most of our items. This advice was greatly appreciated and it saved us a lot of money. A few weeks after ordering we decided to add a couple of other products to the order. The team could not have been more helpful in assisting us with this. Aftercare has also been excellent. Installation of our bathroom was delayed post delivery due to unforseen circumstances with our builders. It sat boxed in our house for several months and when the install did eventually happen, we opened the toilet to realise that we had been sent the wrong one (ceramic instead of matte finish). We were concerned that due to the amount of time that had elapsed since delivery, we would struggle to get it changed. We needn't have worried however, as one quick phone call and the issue was resolved, correct toilet ordered and delivered that week. There were a couple of other little after care requirements too and these were all carried out quickly and efficiently and at no cost to us. I feel some other larger chains of bathroom store would not have made life so easy in this regard. This is the advantage of going with a smaller company. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. All in all, a 5 star experience and we highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again.

We bought our bathroom fixtures and tiles from here and were helped by Charlotte, who was fantastic. She was very patient and really took the time to help us find options that worked within our budget. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. What we didn’t expect is that they could also help connect us with good tradespeople. If you’re looking for a carpenter, definitely ask John for a recommendation. The carpenter he introduced to us has been excellent — very careful, hardworking and clearly takes pride in his work. He’s also incredibly observant. At one point he noticed that the roofer had installed the wrong colour roof tiles. We hadn’t realised it ourselves, so thanks to him spotting it early we were able to get it corrected straight away (which basically meant changing the roof again 🤣 ). Friends and tradespeople who have come to our house have all commented on how good the carpentry work is. We’re really happy with the result and very glad we found this place.

We recently purchased our bathroom suite from Renaissance Bathrooms. It has an extensive showroom with lots of suites on display. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to John who helped us to decide what would work best in our small bathroom space. The products are high quality but at reasonable prices. We had a few hiccups that were quickly addressed and resolved. We love our new bathroom and are super happy that we chose to purchase from Renaissance.

We used this company for our recent refurbishment. The quality of products is great. Very helpful in ordering. Def use them again. My only issue is that they are closed on weekends-which is tough for working people

Excellent help with the design of our new bathroom. The fixtures, fittings and tiles supplied were all very high quality. Renaissance will definitely be our first choice for any future projects.
