Riverside

Really wanted to avoid a bad review, but after giving Riverside kitchens ample time to contact me after a problem with the kitchen just 2 months after being fitted, then its a shame that I have to say there is no aftercare once you have parted with your money. Told twice that someone would contact me and never did. Had to get someone else in to help.

Cannot recommend this company enough. The kitchen from the start of the planning with Mark who really knows his job, and went through everything with us in such detail, then visiting the show rooms with the lovely ladies there to help, nothing too much trouble to any of them Quote and plans back with us when they said they would be and date set. No hidden costs, everything laid out so we knew exactly what we were paying from the off. Fast forward to the 2 weeks of our kitchen being gutted and fitted. Alex thank you so much for managing our project, getting everyone there at the right time (and taking our hall floor up too). Lewis you are just an amazing kitchen fitter and such a nice guy too. Everyone we had dealings with was the same and the room was left as clean and tidy as it could be every night. Within 2 weeks we have our fabulous new kitchen and we absolutely love it. Have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you to everyone of you. Still needs floor on Monday and paint on walls

We had a fantastic experience with Riverside Kitchens in Warrington and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent – great communication, honest advice, and incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their prices were very fair, and we felt confident we were in good hands throughout. We dealt with Mark, who was brilliant – clear about costs, attentive to every detail, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. The team also had great partners for our appliances, which made choosing and coordinating everything much easier. A special shout-out to John, our kitchen fitter, who did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was second to none, and he truly went above and beyond – even working on Good Friday and coming back quickly to sort out a minor issue. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I recently had the pleasure of Mark and his team, working on our house and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Plus, he offered great recommendations for other work we’re planning, which was incredibly helpful! When it came time for the kitchen fitting, we had the pleasure of Lewis. He was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he polite and punctual, but his craftsmanship was top-notch. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The pictures of his work speak for themselves—truly impressive! Overall, I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking for professionalism, quality, and a stress-free experience, look no further! I’m really happy with my kitchen from Riverside. They’re all very knowledgeable from design stage to fit stage and they came up with better ideas than other high street kitchen companies. It’s a family business which most of the time makes a huge difference to the customer. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
