I had a very disappointing experience with both the company and their supplier (SGK). I placed my order a week in advance and was told delivery would take 2–5 days. After that, I had to reschedule delivery three separate times.
What made things worse was being told by the supplier that they didn’t even have the sofa — and then over a week later, the company informed me that the sofa was completely out of stock. This is something that should have been communicated properly from the beginning.
I understand that mistakes and stock issues can happen, but the lack of communication and coordination between the company and the supplier was extremely unprofessional. I was left chasing both sides myself just to get basic answers.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected

Bought a wardrobe and bedside table here. Outlet store for goods that are damaged. I still don't know where the damage is on the items I bought! Huge variety of furniture and you can take it away the same day! Helpful staff.

Good value and good product
I ordered 2x Conway 2-Seater sofas online, almost 30% off Normal price. First time I’ve ever ordered Sofas online but I’m happy with the product & service. I’ve saved a few hundred £’s on what I’d pay in London. The sofas were Boxed, packaged well and you get what you pay for. Delivery company emailed me & rang to confirm delivery details. I’d Definitely recommend.

Terrible company - do not buy from here!
Items may be cheap, but quality is awful. Thin and flimsy, and all 4 items and then their replacements arrived with some form of damage. One completely broken and all others with noticable cracks / dents etc.
Customer service is also pretty disappointing. Replies to emails are rather slow, agents on the phone are rather rude telling me it’s unusual for all items to be damaged (insinuating it’s maybe just 1 or 2). Refused to help organise the replacement to be delivered at the same time as collecting the damaged items. Kept getting evening slots I had to decline (despite clearly asking in comments for day time delivery). Second set came and once badly damaged and so refused delivery to send it back.
Genuinely, the ikea furniture I was replacing this with is better quality!
Moral of the story - you aren’t getting a bargain, its quality / service is just awful!! You get what you pay for and will be buying good quality elsewhere

Easy to navigate website. Immediately saw the cabinet we wanted. Ordered over the weekend and delivered on Wednesday. Shipping partner SGK were superb. Love our new cabinet. Good quality. Great prices. Packaging was good and no damage on arrival. Would 100% use Roseland again. Thank you.
