Tony and Sam were great help, very informative and respectful. When we appeared unsure there was never any pressure put on us to make a decision were very patience and didn’t make us feel like we needed to make a decision, delivery date we could chose which suited us as well, lots of deals to be had definitely worth a visit.

Don't believe the delivery timeframes or expect to be updated on anything. I order two wardrobes, a set of drawers and two bedside tables over Easter weekend. The larger items have a delivery of 1-3 days, larger 3-5 days. These are working days and I am aware of this including day 1 being the second working day after ordering. On working day 5 I call them to asked the time my items will arrive i.was.told.they haven't even been dispatched. On working day 6 I get an email to say the wardrobes are out of stock. So I still have no furniture, no idea when I will have any furniture and absolutely no idea about wardrobes. Before they put a response to this review saying 'get in touch we will resolve this matter' by way of appearing to care and save face to potential customers having exchanged emails and spoke to them twice they are completely unapologetic, offer no solutions or way of expediting matters and are incredibly insincere.

Terrible customer service, issues with delivery and system. I have confirmation of items being delivered today, yet to be told the items are not being delivered and I haven't accepted the link. Link not working, but staff not really listening or understanding. Ordered on 2nd April with delivery 3-5 working days, still waiting. Can't review product yet as not arrived but on this basis do not order.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the company and their supplier (SGK). I placed my order a week in advance and was told delivery would take 2–5 days. After that, I had to reschedule delivery three separate times. What made things worse was being told by the supplier that they didn’t even have the sofa — and then over a week later, the company informed me that the sofa was completely out of stock. This is something that should have been communicated properly from the beginning. I understand that mistakes and stock issues can happen, but the lack of communication and coordination between the company and the supplier was extremely unprofessional. I was left chasing both sides myself just to get basic answers. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected

Bought a wardrobe and bedside table here. Outlet store for goods that are damaged. I still don't know where the damage is on the items I bought! Huge variety of furniture and you can take it away the same day! Helpful staff.
