Roundhouse Design

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Roundhouse. The whole process was clear and efficient and our designer Caroline was dedicated and her attention to detail was second to none. The installation team were super, with a special mention to Christian and Gard. The overall quality is exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Roundhouse.

We have had a new kitchen installed by Roundhouse Guildford show room. Caroline, the designer at the Guildford showroom, was lovely, she was very professional and capable and gave us ample time to develop our ideas which she then translated into a plan that suited our design ideas and budget. It includes a wonderful pantry which stores day to day stuff and in which we can make tea, coffee and toast without cluttering up the rest of the room. Prior to fitting the kitchen our builder and electrician positioned the water and electrical supplies according to Roundhouse's plans. The installation itself lasted a few day and Christian was brilliant in ensuring that the units and appliances were installed correctly. We had a slight hiccough when he found that one of the cupboard doors was too tight for the carousel cupboard fitting but a new one was ordered and this was fitted a couple of weeks later. Since it was installed our new kitchen has transformed our house. We now have a handsome, ergonomic room which is a pleasure to cook in and a delight to the eye. We recommend Roundhouse Guildford and would certainly use them again.

The Roundhouse (Guildford branch) were extremely approachable from the start. Choosing a kitchen is a very difficult decision but the Roundhouse team offered great design ideas along with practical solutions with plans and CAD drawings. The kitchen cabinetry is well made and the paint finish is good. This combined with the fitting by a good installation team and the follow up service.
