RS Kitchens Design Studio Ltd

To say RS Kitchens is a professional outfit would be defamatory! They were unapologetically the most unprofessional and unorganised company I’ve had the displeasure to deal with! Like another reviewer has said , I wanted to support a local company and their small showroom on Stony Stratford high street looked good and Ritchie, the owner, at first, seemed friendly and accommodating. I was given a 4 week schedule for my kitchen refit and a works schedule was provided . Work started on time but things started to deteriorate after rip out. Long story short, work was not completed as scheduled, promises to start or complete work didn’t materialise, scheduled tradesman appointments cancelled without notice, messages and telephone calls ignored and when work was done it was at times sub standard with Ritchie himself drilling through water pipes not once but twice! I was left without running water, nowhere to wash clothes and nowhere to refrigerate or cook food for over 8 weeks. I pushed hard to get the job finished but by week 10 with still quite a list of things to complete I issued a formal notice for works to be completed in 7 days which was totally ignored! I’ve now had to source additional items and tradesmen to try and complete the kitchen and in doing this I have heard I am one of many this has happened to over the last few months so I would warn anyone please avoid, save your money and your sanity and look elsewhere!

We recently had our bedroom and kitchen done by Richard and luke. They are a great team who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Clarisa is a great addition to the team keeping us updated all the way. We are so pleased with how it all turned out and are looking forward to using them again in future projects.

We hired RS Kitchens to bring our kitchen dreams to life and WOW did they deliver! They bought our vision to life perfectly! They took the planning and organising out of our hands, so much so we managed to escape for a little vacay in between! They had our family in mind at every stage, with a toddler in tow they made sure where possible we kept the essentials for as long as possible - even working around our four legged baby (the dog). Rich (well Luke) and the team kept us in the know at all times even working with some external suppliers to make things even easier for us! And wow were they clean (as clean as you can be knocking out a kitchen & wall) Our kitchen is stunning! More than we could have ever imagined! If you’re thinking of booking a kitchen designer & fitter we could not recommend Rich, Luke & Clarisa more! The perfect blend of professionalism & humour, just what you need to get through the tough days of being without the most used room in the house! Trust us when we say you need them in your life (well maybe just your kitchen)! They run their business with you in mind and there are not many companies that run that way these days. Thank you so much for everything! We’re obsessed!

We recently had our kitchen completed by RS Kitchens and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we met with Rich, we knew he would deliver the “wow” kitchen we were after and he absolutely did! His attention to detail in the design phase is second to none, ensuring the kitchen not only looks incredible but is the most practical and usable space. Nothing was ever too big an ask. We made changes on the fly and Rich and the team went above and beyond to accommodate them without any fuss. We got a bespoke kitchen designed for our space, not just a standard configuration that happened to fit. If you’re looking for your kitchen to be completely transformed, I’d highly recommend RS Kitchens. We love our new space and are so glad we chose Rich and his team.

A fantastic service from start to finish, Richard and Charlotte designed a perfect kitchen adapted for a wheelchair user which looks just stunning. The attention to detail has been amazing and the whole experience joyful, we were given a project timeline and they delivered on time. I had been dreading getting the adaptations done after my husband became disabled but the calm reassurance and professional project management made the whole experience exciting rather than daunting. Would recommend the service, attention to detail and professional finish
