A neighbour recommended that we check out Saffron Interiors as a possible supplier for our new kitchen - and we are very grateful they did! From the initial consultation their warmth, expertise and professionalism shone through. They took our ideas and suggestions and substantially improved on them with excellent design touches and suggestions The final works included significant electrical works and working alongside a third party flooring company. The team at Saffron project managed ALL the works seamlessly which limited the disruption and enabled the works to be completed on time. We are really pleased and impressed with the results and would recommend Saffron to anyone looking for a quality, bespoke kitchen.

After a lot of research, we decided to go with Saffron Interiors to design and fit our new kitchen - and we're really pleased that we did. The design stage was excellent, with Saffron spending considerable time listening to our wishes, offering their own (extremely helpful) suggestions and taking the time and trouble to come up with a design that was exactly what we wanted. This included being happy to make a number of subsequent tweaks to the very useful 3D walkthrough render that they supplied. The units and appliances that we ordered were all of high quality and the fitting process was also equally excellent, with the workmanship being precise and very tidy. Okay there were a couple of small hiccups (a drawer front damaged in transit and a mismeasurement, both of which required replacement items to be shipped, then fitted), but - and this is where Saffron Interiors truly excel - they do not consider a job completed until the customer is totally 100% happy with the end result and are genuinely committed to getting every detail absolutely right, no matter what it takes. The levels of customer service which Saffron Interiors offer are second to none. For all the reasons listed above, we are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to heartily recommend them.

Of all the kitchen retailers we visited, Saffron was the only company who were happy to retain and work with the parts of our old kitchen that we particularly wanted to keep. From the beginning they worked with us to ensure their cabinetry and worktops complemented and enhanced the original character of our kitchen whilst bringing it up to date. Saffron's service and communication was excellent, friendly and professional. Their fitting team were second to none. We are absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen, its quality, and with every aspect of the work Saffron did for us. We cannot recommend them too highly.

Excellent team of friendly professionals. Workmanship was superb and no sales pitch! Always customer focused, knowledgeable with affordable suggestions for our new replacement cupboards, work top, basin, taps and spot lights to enhance what was a dark and tired space.
