What makes my experience over my expectations was the customized service we got from the beginning to the end. Lynsay, the kitchen designer, understood our needs from day one and came back on the second appointment with exactly what we asked for. I am not gonna lie we had in mind to compare other showrooms before making the final decision, but it was too perfect to say no. Kitchen is the core of our home, where we spend hours cooking, talking and drinking with friends. Despite the cost (of a German Kitchen) being a lot higher than an average kitchen, we wanted to make sure that the renovation had to be an investment for life. Now, the showroom, customer service and design can be outstanding, but the builders must be professionals to meet the (high) expectations. And they were. Apart from a few issues, the builders (arranged by Richard F Mackay) managed to overcome the problems they were facing behind the walls during the renovation in the middle of a lockdown which make things harder. Communication and commitment were on point, we never felt left alone and all our request were granted. I highly recommend Scott & Grey.

Delivery exactly on time and expertly executed. Really lovely, polite delivery men who were determined to put things right when they discovered that one piece of furniture had uneven legs. They took photos and made a service call straightaway without us having to ask. Excellent customer service!

I would not recommend this company. They have consistently failed to deliver the correct doors for our kitchen over a period of 8 months. Today, again, incorrect units have arrived. Emails are misread. Financial management appalling. I would give them zero stars if the website allowed.

Impeccable customer service, gorgeous kitchens, a few minor challenges along the way but the team were super helpful and we got them resolved quickly and painlessly. Nothing bad to say at all.
