Disappointing service. Delivery did not come on time. They said they will keep me updated about the delivery day but they haven't. Chased 3 times. Eventually it arrived late. I asked for a refund and they refused. Poor customer service. Won't buy from them again

The team at select line have been amazing from Start to finish. Mike has been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Select line have floored all of my downstairs and we couldn’t be happier with end results. Thank you for all your help.

What distinguished Select Line is the range and quality of the products that they stock and the knowledge and professionalism of everyone who works there. We have used them a number of times for flooring and we have been able to get carpets there that other suppliers just don't stock. The fitters are super professional and take great care in the house. The end product is always as good as you'd hope it would be. We did have one problem caused by a fault in the carpet and they were brilliant at sorting it out for us and liaising with the manufacturer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Incredible product and service from Select Line. Should also probably add emotional support also after they stepped in and saved the day from the horrendous LVT flooring completed by another Swindon flooring company who had not properly prepared the floor and then poorly laid the tiles. Mike personally came out to view our floor and advise us on what needed to be done to rectify it. He also advised us on the product to have and colour that would best compliment our kitchen and hallway. The fitters were then very knowledgable and attentive to the job and cleaned up as they went. Could not recommend Select Line enough (advice would be to stay away from any company who use Facebook to advertise no matter what the reviews say!)

Just had our dining room floor replaced by Select Line and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Just the right level of help and advice from Wayne in the showroom and Andrew, who came and fitted the floor was brilliant. I can thoroughly recommend.
