Sigma 3 Kitchens

We were recommended Sigma 3 by our friends who already had 2 kitchens installed by them, so we visited the showroom near Culver Cross and was really impressed with the kitchens and lots of options on display. We were helped by Robyn who was really helpful and she called to see us the next day to help design our kitchen. We were given several option drawings and costings when we met Robin again in the showroom. We ordered the kitchen and were given a delivery and installation date, which was kept to. Greg and Kevin the installers were superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so happy with our new kitchen and can highly recommend Sigma 3, you wont be disappointed.

My new Sigma 3 kitchen has turned out to be absolutely transformational. I began the project for my new kitchen when I arranged a free design consultation visit at Sigma 3's Cardiff West Culverhouse Showroom in August 2023, when my design consultant Shirley was highly professional and extremely helpful in every respect. Shirley spent a great deal of time reviewing my hand drawn plans, and discussing improved design options and colour palettes etc., from which a design proposal evolved. All of this was done in a totally un-hurried un-pushy very personal way, which made me feel totally at ease right from the start. Based upon the quality of Sigma 3 products, the excellent prices I was offered and the very personal service I received, I went on to place an order, even though at the time I hadn't even started on any of the building work that was going to be necessary to complete the project! As things turned out, I didn't actually commence work on the kitchen installation project until 2024, as the building work took somewhat longer than expected! Shirley and Sigma 3's Installation Manager John went above and beyond to assist me during the entire course of the project, which resulted in a few minor design changes to the kitchen. Everyone involved from Sigma 3 from design to delivery were extremely efficient and helpful. Once all the tiling work had been completed, my new kitchen was totally transformational in every respect. Based upon the overall value for money, the build quality of the kitchen units and the outstanding customer service that I received, it goes without saying that, Sigma 3 comes highly recommended by me!

I bought a Sigma3 kitchen back in 2024. My experience from the start was exceptional. The service in the show room was great and they supported me through the installation process and afterwards if any help or advice was needed. It goes to show when you pay a little bit extra, you get great service throughout the whole process. Two years on, my kitchen still looks amazing and Im very happy that I selected Sigma3!
