Can't fault Simply Kitchens. Spent lots of time in the showroom picking units and worktops.....got a quote ..... Panicked ....shopped around ...came back sheepishly to admit their customer service was by far the best and the quote was almost identical to companies we thought would definitely be far cheaper 😂 Abi was spectacular. Endlessly patient despite our complete lack of decisiveness. She was knowledgeable and helpful and not even the teeniest bit pushy. We were having other work done - a wall down and downstairs toilet etc so it made sense for us to use our own fitter who we'd used before and knew he could do the lot. We worried this would mean SK would deliver the kitchen and back off but Abi was there constantly at the end of the phone for the duration of the fitting. Absolutely thrilled with our kitchen. Would wholeheartedly recommend Simply Kitchens.

Following the recent installation of a new kitchen, we cannot recommend Simply Kitchens highly enough. All members of the team were exemplary in their approach. They showed friendly professionalism and expertise at all times, alongside perfection and great skill in all aspects of the process reflecting their pride in and dedication to their work and giving enormous courtesy and consideration for us and our home. Initially we met Peter at the magnificent showroom and he patiently guided us through the process of selection and choice. We never felt pressurised to make decisions and his advice and knowledgeable expertise are greatly appreciated. Steve led us through the transition process to the installation, giving us the reassurance that all would be well! Adam and Robert, our fitters, and also Matt the electrician, worked tirelessly and with great skill and perfection. We were impressed with their organisation, respect for our home and friendly, courteous and supportive manner at all times. All the peripheral aspects went smoothly. Communication by telephone or email, especially by Peter and Steve, was excellent; the deliveries were as expected, as was the removal by Kevin of all residual packaging. As promised, we received a final visit from Steve to ensure we are content with all aspects of the work . Of course we are! Thank you for our beautiful kitchen. We love it! Angie and Graham

Abi worked with me to create a kitchen that I love. Nothing was too much trouble. She was intuitive to my ideas and sorted every little detail . Adam fitted my kitchen and again any slight changes I required were dealt with competently. The only glitch was with the worktop , and whilst the company they used was not a company I would use again , Abi dealt with the issues swiftly and to my satisfaction. Simply kitchens were professional and a pleasure to work with. From the planning through ordering to installation, every detail was handled smoothly . Abi was exceptional. Very happy with my kitchen .

Absolutely first class experience. If I could give it more than five stars I would. From the start of the process of deciding we wanted a new kitchen, through to the design and installation it could not have been better orchestrated. All the trades turned up when they were scheduled to and went over and above in every instance. I really cannot rate highly enough the fantastic kitchen fitters (Adam and Robert), the plasterer (Sam) and the electricians (Nolan and Matt). My final thanks go to Abi who understood my requirements and designed the kitchen and Steve for his awesome organisational skills and made it all run smoothly. Thanks to all of you.

Recently had Kitchen supplied and fitted by Simply Kitchens. We had kitchen wall removed to open up dining area . Abbi,Steve and fitters / builders Glenn and Dave were amazing, from the design by Abbi and Steve project managing to the fitters Glenn and Dave who did all building work and fitting of kitchen were amazing and professional from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a new kitchen and building work you definitely would pick the right company and team by going to Simply Kitchens..
