Snug Kitchens

We used Snug Kitchens in 2024 to complete a full kitchen renovation in our period property. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Nick and Damini at Snug have an incredible eye for both design and functionality, so we not only have a gorgeous kitchen to look at, but also one that flows incredibly well and is just a joy to cook in. The kitchen space in our house was difficult to work with, but Snug were able to overcome the physical and engineering limitations of the space and produce a brilliant result. I highly recommend the team at Snug Kitchens.

We used Snug Kitchen Design in 2018 to design the kitchen in our home in Hampshire and were delighted with the result … seven years later it still gets compliments from visitors who haven’t been to the house before. When we bought a second home in London in 2025, we didn’t hesitate to contact the team at Snug to discuss whether they would be interested in getting involved with our new project. When Nick and Lauren (Head of Design) came to see the apartment, they saw the space in a completely different way to how we had envisaged using it, and their creativity totally transformed the project (for the better!) Whilst they would of happily worked with us to replace the original kitchen, they suggested that we change the layout of the flat and relocate the kitchen to the front of the apartment and open up the space to create a far more flexible environment with a much greater “wow” factor, and move the master bedroom from the front to the back of the apartment away from the noise of the high street. Whilst it made it a much bigger project, it was absolutely the right thing to do and Snug set about drawing up the plans for the alterations. Throughout the project, Damini (Operations Manager) was incredibly efficient, on top of everything that was happening and ahead of the game at all stages. In addition to providing the layout design services (which has transformed the space and how we use it), designing and installing the kitchen, Snug also designed and built our walk-in wardrobe, all the cabinetry in our entrance lobby and one of the bathrooms. The fitters (Andy and Andy) were outstanding and, like the rest of the Snug team, had an excellent eye for detail. One of the many things that has made us repeat customers with Snug is that everyone is a joy to work with and whenever we were expecting someone on site, they turned up, and on-time, and the schedule Damini put together didn’t shift, despite a few inevitable changes to the project along the way. As with our previous project, we are delighted with the quality and the appearance of the end result and, if we decide we’ve got another project in us in the future, we look forward to working with them again!

Right from the start (and a very lucky google search that brought us to Snug !!) we knew we were in capable hands. A blank sheet of paper for a house build (following a fire) was an opportunity to re-think how we live, and it was with that in mind that we looked at a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Nick, Damini and the entire team at Snug were an absolute joy to work with, right from the start and over what was a 30 month project from start to finish. Their depth of knowledge, friendly 'can-do' attitude and excellence in their field made choosing Snug one of the easiest decisions we made - so much so that it then made complete sense to draw on their design expertise and extend the brief to cover the utility room, study, dressing room and fitted wardrobes. 6 months since we moved back in, we LOVE our kitchen - the guidance from the team at every stage has paid dividends and we are thrilled with every single detail - would absolutely recommend !

Rarely do I take the time to write from the supplier’s perspective, but SNUG warrants it. 10/10 for service, logics and fitting. Working with Snug kitchens was an excellent experience from start to finish. The first meting with the team, before any agreement was made, was a discussion about the style of kitchen and desired requirements. It was evident at this meeting that Nick and his team were professionals, who had a full understanding and up to date knowledge of their subject and available products. Time is taken to get it absolutely right for the client. Budget established, questions asked, responses listened to and suggestions made, all without pressure - A 'fridge is a 'fridge but then there are 'fridges and 'fridges. You'll know what I mean if you go there. The whole process is mapped out so that one knows what to expect and when. Andy 'our' kitchen fitter was professional, skilled and friendly. We wanted a shelf fitting which required a fair amount of skill and planning. The result was perfection. The entire team at Snug Kitchens were a delight and pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble. The inevitable glitches that arose were dealt with immediately. Damini and her colleagues went above and beyond their remit to sort a particularly difficult problem we had, that was nobody's fault. They deserve a special thank you.
