Marc got right into the heart of what we needed from the project and suggested various design tweaks which made both the assembly and the installation simpler. Marc (Special Branch Furniture) has done several big and small jobs in my house over the last 15 years or so - shelving, fitted furniture, cupboard design stair case and loft work. He is very skilled and creative. He is a perfectionist, and the work is a really high standard - things are designed and made to last, and they do! A pleasure to have commissioned Marc from Special Branch Furniture. The brief was to create a ceiling to floor modular welsh dresser type shop display to have as a permanent feature in our pottery to sell our products. The design facilitates the opportunity to shape and adapt accordingly if required. We used sustainable sourced timber and worked very close to our budget We will be engaging Marc / SBF for any future projects and comes with a high recommendation from us.

As an illustrator that collects movie posters I had seen that other collectors were turning coffee tables into storage and display units for their posters. Great idea but I wanted something modern and unique. A friend put me onto Special Branch and I'm so happy that he did. Marc was a dream to work with. At every stage of the project I couldn't have been happier. From talking through my ideas and getting a real sense of what I was after to the concept drawings of what he felt would work best for both the use of the table and the space it was going in. Choosing the best materials, having hidden recesses for opening the draws and hidden coasters for moving the table. Marc was the perfect professional but also a joy to talk to and at every stage I felt he was as enthusiastic for the final product as I was. On seeing the finished table for the first time, it really was a WOW! moment for me. It's a thing of beauty the craftsmanship and finish is incredible.
