Square German Kitchens

We had such an amazing service from start to finish. The quality is fantastic and you can certainly tell a difference to other kitchen companies. Kieran fitted our kitchen and was polite, friendly and professional at all times, he couldn’t do enough to make our experience a great one!

The initial contact with Square Kitchens at the Birdwell showroom was quite impressive with excellent displays and very knowledgeable staff answering all questions very competently. On arranging a site visit Nick listened to our requirements and subsequently presented two designs and various options which we were very happy with. After finalising the design the Kitchen was ordered and a delivery date fixed. Square Kitchens kept us updated and actually delivered the kitchen a week early. The delivery team were very respectful and carefully unloaded and checked off every item. Everything was in perfect condition and nothing was missing. Outstanding quality units with the support of an excellent team at Square Kitchens. Well done.

What did they do well? Jen the kitchen designer was great, had superb knowledge of the product range and really took the time with me to ensure I got the best kitchen for me. The trades people working on the project were excellent. It felt like Kieron really put his heart and soul into creating my kitchen. The support staff dealt quickly and efficiently with any issues that cropped up (Thanks to Sarah my account manager who was always cheerful and patient) even when the problems weren't caused by Square German Kitchen (like when the Post Office lost the sink). The kitchen is amazing. I keep doing a double take. What could they do better? Inter team comms was sometimes a bit lacking. Would I recommend them? Absolutely, I'll use them again if I ever need a new kitchen, but hopefully that will be in a good few years. A big thanks to everyone who were part of making the magic happen.

Square made the experience of getting a new kitchen really easy with multiple updates and great help with advice and helping us pick our dream kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for a better service
