Very helpful and knowledgeable staff think I would have missed stuff if I bought online and very competitive price

Cannot recommend Stellisons enough. From the beginning, their customer service has been incredible. Charles recommended an alternative oven when we found out the brand we had originally wanted were having production issues. We then visited the store to make the purchase with Martin who was also very friendly and secured us a competitive price. When the guys turned up to deliver and fit it, we had an issue with the oven being slightly too large which was not a fault of Stellisons at all. Despite this, they were so accommodating and even recommended a great tradesperson to resolve the issue for us. Throughout it all, they were not obliged to give us as much grace, time and advice as they did, but it made the whole stressful process so much easier and us so much calmer. Genuinely the most helpful people we have dealt with in a very very long time. Appreciate the whole team - thank you all!

We're really happy with the service from start to finish. In store we were given good advice on which washing machine would be best for us within our budget. The unit was delivered and fitted by a member of staff and a comprehensive check was carried out

Love this place it's got plenty of stock so you can look at your own pace ,you can see what you are buying instead of using the Internet, it's a large store selling everything you need for your home electric and gas appliances,it's even got a kitchen designer in store

Overall we are very impressed with the level of service & expertise, the benefit of being able to see & touch plus competitive pricing. Charles has helped us a great deal on our selections and frequent return visits - Thank you Charles! Stellisons have also had to store items for 6+ months due to Listed Building delays on our self contained annexe and main house which they have kindly done at no charge. Delivery too has been professionally handled and it was not easy through a Listed Building with both narrow & short height doors and steps to overcome.
