I dropped in at Stellisons thinking looking for an oven for my mum, but oh wow! Downstairs is a showroom of mid- to high-end appliances; and upstairs there are some really modern kitchen layouts that feel more design studio than electrical shop. Don't get your kitchen done without coming here first 🍳.

Went to purchase tumble dryer- sales guy very helpful and knowledgeable- advised on choice and made our visit stress free -

No response to my email enquiry. No option for home delivery. I'm very upset and shocked at such a poor service. This company obviously don't care about their customers etc

It's not what goes wrong that counts, it's how things are put right. We bought a dishwasher from Stellisons, Ipswich and it was faulty. We were offered a repair, which took a while to sort, but were subsequently offered a refund or a replacement. We chose a different brand, and delivery was both prompt and courteous. Next on the list was a fridge-freezer as ours packed up at the same time as the dishwasher. Back to Stellisons, with equally polite and knowledgeable staff. Luckily, both items came in rapid time, and the delivery men deserve extra credit for their hilariously friendly banter! Thank you, Stellisons - you are our go to showroom of choice.

Very knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful rather than just trying to flog stuff. This place is deceptively huge, tons of stock I’ve not seen elsewhere.
