We had an oven delivered by Stellisons on a Saturday bank holiday weekend. We noticed a manufacturing fault. We reported it on the Saturday and received a call Tuesday morning by 09.30 regarding a visit from the engineer. He arrived at our house by 14.00 pm, fixed the fault and left all OK. Very Good service from the sales from the original order, and excellent service from the repair side.
