The layout is perfect and makes everyday living so much easier while still feeling luxurious. We’re constantly receiving fabulous comments from friends and family about how beautiful the space is. Tom did an amazing job incorporating all of our ideas while gently steering us in the right direction with his expertise. He truly brought our vision to life. Every trade involved was top-quality, and a special thanks goes to Sean, our main installer—his attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. A huge thanks to Tom Baker and the team at Steven Christopher Design. We made numerous visits to the showroom and changed our mind several times on our kitchen for our new extension. Tom was extremely patient throughout. We had a few unforeseen issues with our building project which meant that we had to make a few amendments to our kitchen along the the way. Fantastic customer service and Top quality German kitchens from a friendly, family run business. Tom Baker and his team at Stephen Christopher design have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. After we first met Tom we knew we wanted him to design, supply and fit our kitchen as he was polite, friendly, very informative but NOT pushy at all. He gave us lots of tips, information and brochures to look at and think about and asked us to come back if we wanted to take things further. He also advised us to look around both of their showrooms as they do different German kitchen ranges to suit different styles and budgets, and we really liked the variety they had on offer. Once we sat down to discuss design, Tom and Adele showed their expertise, they really tried to understand how we lived and what we needed and then made excellent suggestions and had some great ideas which we wouldn’t have thought about ourselves. What we really liked was that Tom would look to save us money by suggesting some cost effective choices, even though the more expensive choices would have been more profitable for him, he really does put the customer first! We had a number of meetings before we arrived at the final plan, we made changes along the way as the design took shape, but we were never made to feel like we were being a nuisance. The kitchen was delivered and fitted according to agreed timescales and Tom communicated and worked well with our builder (as we were having other renovations done at the same time). Once the work was complete any snagging was dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The project was finished with a gift from Tom to say thank you for using him...a lovely touch! As a result we have our dream kitchen which has received wonderful comments from all our friends and family. If you are looking for a high quality kitchen, designed and fitted to an extremely high standard at a good price, I highly recommend Tom Baker at Stephen Christopher design. Thanks Tom and team.
