We just had two bedrooms and our dressing room done by Strawhill. They are absolutely stunning. The quality and services were beyond anything that I have experienced. Rachael was a superstar, nothing was too much hassle. I would highly recommend.

We recently moved in to a new house and engaged Strawhill to help with the design and installation of our new Kitchen and Utility Room. We were delighted with the designs that the design team came up with, the range and quality of the units they had on offer, and Strawhill’s competitive pricing. Holly and the design team made a number of excellent suggestions that helped us make optimum use of the space available. Brilliant! The installation phase of Kitchen and Utility Room really did exceed our expectations. We did, of course, expect the installations to be good, but we have to say that Paul and the team did an absolutely outstanding job! We were super impressed with Paul who was always so kind and understanding in listening to our thoughts, chatting matters through with us, implementing ideas, and all in a manner that clearly demonstrated his complete client focus. Truly, nothing was ever a problem for him and he really was pivotal in ensuring our complete delight with our Kitchen and Utility Room installation. He was totally amazing! We are so thrilled with the designs and installations that Strawhill did for us; our Kitchen and Utility Room look fantastic! We would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Strawhill to others. Thank you so much to all concerned.

I could not have received a better experience from Strawhill Kitchens. The designer Holly was very knowledgeable and had some great ideas. Our bespoke fitted wardrobe room fitted perfectly and exceeded my expectations! Very professional and quick and helpful responses. I had booked an initial consultation and the designer was able to fit me in very quickly. Measurements were accurate as this was a very small complicated room to fit with different ceiling heights. The storage space was maximised the designer did very well to fit everything in that I wanted. She developed better fits than I had imagined and it turned out better than I ever thought. Brilliant service, great quality and cheaper than other companies I priced! I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone (even my own family have went to them following my purchases)!! Really pleased with the service I received.

We’ve been so disappointed with our experience of Strawhill in the purchase of our bedroom furniture. We had designed bespoke wardrobes, bedside tables and chest of drawer unit. In the early stages with Holly we were impressed by her responsiveness but unfortunately it was a completely different experience when it came to install. The bedside tables were made a completely different size to what was ordered (despite the fact their paperwork showed the correct sizing), the wardrobe layout did not follow the spec either with hanging rails placed differently to design (again, their paperwork showed this correctly) and the built in dressing table was also set at the wrong height. The tables and dressing table element all had to go back to the factory to be put right. There were several scrapes and dents in the furniture that arrived, and this continued to be a trend with what was returned to the factory and came back - it took 4 attempts for the bedsides to be returned in a fit state. Fresh paint work on our bedroom wall was damaged and cornicing was left dented - whilst they did offer to organise for this to be repainted we opted to do it ourselves as we didn’t want further delay. The new carpet which they recommended we have fitted prior to the wardrobe install was left unprotected and the fitter customised parts in the room leaving sawdust over the carpet. What should have been a 2 day install turned into two weeks of them coming and going, often not at the time they had arranged. All Holly could say during this, via text, was “Claire I feel so bad about this, honestly. I dont even know what to say. I am so sorry 😞” - no proactive contact was made, no attempt to visit to see firsthand, no check at the end of the install to ensure we were satisfied all issues were now resolved, no offer of any kind of compensation…but why would she engage in any of this good customer service when full payment was required up front.
