I purchased two kitchens and two bathroom kits and paid for a two-person delivery service. However, on the morning of the delivery, I received a call advising that only one driver would be attending, which left me having to arrange additional help myself. Unfortunately, the order also arrived with missing kitchen components, and the bathroom cladding supplied did not match. John was dealing with the issue and, despite being promised a refund several weeks ago, I repeatedly chased for updates. Each time I called, I was told that John was not at work but would call me back the following day. Unfortunately, no call back ever came. As a result, I had to remove the cladding and source replacement materials from another supplier at my own expense, causing additional costs, delays, and inconvenience. Since originally writing this review, I was contacted by Mark, who was very apologetic. He explained that they had experienced similar issues with this cladding product before and assured me that a refund would be processed. He also offered a £250 credit on my account towards a future order and asked if I would consider removing my review, which I did in good faith. However, more than two weeks later, I still have not received the promised refund. I have since sent a WhatsApp message chasing an update, which has been read but not responded to. Unfortunately, this has only added to my frustration and reinforced my concerns about the level of customer service and aftercare. Overall, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
