Tecaz - Pennywell

Amazing customer service and amazing value always

Nothing special in shop what so ever. If you looking forward to visiting then you might disappoint yourself. Look that's it's busy, but is for next door food shop.

Highly recommend Tecaz Pennywell .Karen was so helpful with the design and choice of bathroom fixtures and fittings. We had the bath removed and a shower cubicle installed and redesigned. Karen arranged delivery and organised a bathroom fitter . Fitter Paul arrived early and started straight away. He was very cheerful and friendly, we had no complaints with his standard of work, very neat and tidy , it was excellent and would recommend him to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. The place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s and feels quiet old and neglected in parts. It's not particularly inviting and the overall atmosphere isn't great. Customer service was also poor -the staff didn't seem very interested in helping or engaging with customers. For the prices being charged, you would expect a much better standard and experience. Unfortunately, the service and environment simply don't reflect the cost.

Not the best expirince of costomer care. You can stand thr and waiting for someone to help and there is no one availbel. Then when someone came they are with other clients and you still dont have any help.
