Tecaz - Pennywell

Very disappointing experience. The place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s and feels quiet old and neglected in parts. It's not particularly inviting and the overall atmosphere isn't great. Customer service was also poor -the staff didn't seem very interested in helping or engaging with customers. For the prices being charged, you would expect a much better standard and experience. Unfortunately, the service and environment simply don't reflect the cost.

Not the best expirince of costomer care. You can stand thr and waiting for someone to help and there is no one availbel. Then when someone came they are with other clients and you still dont have any help.

We have always been pleased with the products and service from Tecaz after shopping there for years. The service from Paul was excellent he gave us good advice and really went out of his way to help to get the right Bathroom .

Waiting more then 2 mounts to get finish work they have arranged with kitchen builder Lee.I had to arrange by myself builder to finish work they started. When numerus time asking them for update: first splashback missing, then order wrong size plus handle missing from unit. The eventually get after more then 2 months waiting for them. Had pick up by myself. Avoiding responsibility as they said "we just sell not recommended or do or suggest fitter to do work". If I know that they will not provide fitter i would not instruct them to do work. Very Miss LEADIGN !!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I was given name and date they will start work. I did not arrange this as Tecaz did. NOT on time at all with anything from product to fitter. Be very careful to agree on anything with Tecaz when they asked you to sing order because you will end up like me that you have to get another company to fit all units and work as the don't take responsibility for fitter or they delivery time. Can I ask did any one got estimate from fitter when they give you one? As I did not. No invoice no address, insist to pay by cash. My advice Do not pay till work is finish.
