Terry Wilson Limited

Very happy with my new quartz, kitchen worktop. Nigel was great throughout. Starting with a thorough explanation of the pros and cons of the different types of solid surface worktops. The initial quote was accurate and Nigel kept me updated at all stages of the process. Plenty of designs to choose from and it only took about a week from templating to install.

Received fantastic service ftom Nigel. Followed his recommendations on the worktops and his team of fitters are absolutely excellent. Highly recommend Terry Wilson.

Fantastic experience from visiting warehouse, selecting worktops, ordering to fitting. Nigel has an amazing knowledge of the products he sells and gives in-depth information, including all the pros and cons, on all the types of worktops. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Ordering and fitting arrangements were excellent. The fitters did an excellent job and were very professional, friendly, organised and left no mess whatsoever. Our new worktops look great! Superb service from this company.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We obtained several quotes from various companies. Not only was Terry Wilson's the most competitively priced but, the advice we received from Nigel was outstanding. He spent over half and hour with us explaining the pro's and con's of each worktop product in a non-biased manner. When it came to the installation day, things did not go quite as planned as the fitters discovered our existing worktops had been glued down. Nigel responded to this immediately and by mid-afternoon had resolved the issue by securing the services of another fitter who had experience of this. Our job was completed the following day and we are delighted with our new worktops. It's in these moments, when things don't go as planned, you need and hope for help, support and advice. I cannot speak highly enough of Nigel - incredible customer service. Thank you.

Really nice people and a pleasure to work with. The guys at Terry Wilson, know their stuff, are helpful and informative and explain exactly how everything will work from start to finish. I wanted to work with a local company not a national and I have been very pleased with the results as well as the manner in which they conduct business. They made me feel confident in their abilities and the customer service they provide is genuine, not written on a tick sheet. Nice doing business with you. Liz Burton
