Had a complete bathroom refurb done in November. Steven and Iain provided a great service throughout the process. Communication was excellent and prices and programmes were clearly explained. The quality of the work is of a very high standard and I can't recommend these guys enough.

Steve provided a prompt service and listened carefully to our requirements for our new bathroom. . Steve came up with a design which exactly suited our taste and blended in with the character of our 1823 house . He liaised carefully with us on the exact details and provided expert advice . Iain carried out the actual works in a professional manner . He was very helpful if we had any queries and gave attention to detail and aesthetic matters. We had a full bathroom refit. Stripped back to the bricks & refitted. Steve & Iain were really helpful through the whole process from quoting to fitting. Adjusting to what we wanted as we went through the process. Now the bathroom is finished the quality is outstanding. Iain has done an incredible job on it and we are very impressed and pleased with our new bathroom. Through the process Iain kept us in the loop of what was going on & kept everything as tidy as possible for us as we were staying at home while the works went on. Steve did a lovely job repairing damp rot in the floorboards of our bathroom, replacing the bath, and installing a new shower unit. The communication and project management was excellent throughout. The bathroom and flat were left very spotless after the job was completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve's firm to do work of this type.
