A really excellent job. This company managed a bathroom upgrade for my 93 year old Mum. They were really good at keeping her informed at all times and the quality of the work was excellent. They were sensitive to her requests and the work was carried out efficiently.

Exceptional Service and Design in a Compact Space We recently had our bathroom installed by The Hub and Tub, following a glowing recommendation from a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a real understanding of our needs. The design element was particularly important to us, as we wanted to make the very best use of what is quite a small space. Our wish was to include both a bath and a shower, and thanks to their clever planning and expertise, this was achieved beautifully. The entire process, from initial consultation to final touches, was meticulously organised. Different tradespeople were brought in at each stage, and Pete was fantastic at keeping us informed about what was happening and when. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole experience stress-free. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority. They listened carefully to our preferences and made sure we were delighted with every aspect of the finished bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and would highly recommend The Hub and Tub to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. I live locally and randomly popped in to the Hub & the Tub out of curiosity one day. I was going through a full house renovation at the time & my experience of builders, kitchen showrooms etc had been pretty negative at that point! However, the experience at the Hub & The Tub was totally different. I had a quick chat with Freddie and ran through some options & they pulled together some images of what my potential bathrooms could look like within an hour. The guys were absolutely fantastic at helping me spec out two bathrooms, were upfront about costs and ways to get a premium feel without spending over the odds. They also worked with my builders to help answer their questions during installation (I only paid for materials not fitting!). Given that I'd only paid for materials, I wasn't expecting much additional help, but they staggered the deliveries and made multiple runs in order to ensure my builders (doing a full reno) weren't overwhelmed. Finally, they made TWO trips with me to simply tiles to help me pick out some styles that would work with the materials & also recommended cool products like 'nature wall'. Overall the experience has been amazing & I can't recommend highly enough. This a fantastic family run business - go here, don't go anywhere else!

Full bathroom installation Excellent all round experience from initial planning, project management, installation and finish. Sarah helped us choose materials & colour combinations which can be daunting. Pete kept us informed throughout the work which was completed to a very high standard with utmost professionalism and within the stipulated time frame. All rubbish cleared and house left in a tidy state. I highly recommend The Hub & Tub and will definitely consider using their services in the future.

My new bathroom is far beyond any expectations I had. It has been transformed into a luxurious sanctuary which not only do I love using but am super proud of. The journey with The Hub and The Tub ran smoothly and communication and workmanship was excellent.
