Already recommended KBB twice and my bathroom is only just finished! To begin, I love the fact that KBB are a local and independent business, they have an amazing showroom on Dales Rd. Correspondence has been top notch throughout. I have not had to chase anything up regarding initial design or work throughout. Richard designed the bathroom for us, listening carefully to our ideas. He offered his ideas and choices throughout and although he was the designer, had obvious experience in the understanding of bathroom fitting. Richard answered all our questions and amended the design as our plan evolved. There was no hard sale. The plans were emailed promptly so we could get a good idea of how it would look and amended as adjustments were made. We visited Richard at the showroom to make our final choices (again no pressure, was even invited back for another visit before commiting, although we didn't need to). Richard showed us lots of options both in the catalogues and on the showroom floor. A date was book and the work began! Carl and Craig did the fitting. They were very professional and polite and paid attention to detail, a high quality fit, completing the job swiftly but accurately. We decided we would like the bathroom decorated by them part way through the installation and again, this was not a problem for them. They fitted this in and Carl did a beautiful job, even though half of the bathroom was already installed. Everything ran smoothly and other KBB tradesmen (plasterers and electricians) were called in promptly when required. Again, polite and friendly, all working to a high standard, with minimal mess. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. If I had to find fault, it would be that they don't advertise their personal at home design visit well enough. This was an important factor for me. So glad we found them. Can't recommend them enough, so pleased with our new bathroom! Will definitely have them back for more work when we've saved up! Thanks Richard, Carl Craig and all at KBB!

Great experience with the designer Richard and the installation team lead by Curtis. The design met our expectations and the installation was achieved quickly and efficiently. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful to minimise the disruption and took care to ensure the sequencing was smooth. A special word of praise also for the stone worktop specialists at Wood for Stone, who helped us with our choice of granite and who cut and fitted the worktops beautifully. Our grateful thanks to all at KBB.

What a team! We are so grateful for the wonderful finishes to our 2 bathrooms and cloakroom projects. From the start we were in safe hands with Sarah, and the Bathroom designer, Hina, guiding us through the planning process and being so helpful and approachable throughout. The fitters were very experienced and a pleasure to have in the house and worked on our project as if they were working on their own homes, with great skill and care. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and the very thoughtful gift on completion of the project. I can highly recommend KBB for your bathroom projects - they are real specialists and care very much about delivering a great service and finish.

From start to finish, the whole process was easy and seamless. The kitchen designer worked incredibly hard to make sure every detail was perfect and truly tailored to my taste. The fitters were outstanding highly professional, meticulous, and clear perfectionists. The quality of both the kitchen and the fitting is excellent. I absolutely love my new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended.

KBB designed and fitted a replacement kitchen and utility for us in December 2020. There were lots of styles to chose from, and we went for a fairly timeless option, (Oak/Shaker), from the Masterclass range. The quality of the new kitchen is superb, the advice we got from the experienced KBB team was always spot on, and the craftsmanship installing the kitchen and changing the plumbing, wiring etc. was truly excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the process. We are delighted with the new kitchen and utility room which both significantly exceeded expectations, and we are extremely satisfied customers. We can't recommend KBB highly enough. They also did a really great job remodelling a bathroom at the same time. Very many thanks indeed to all the KBB team.
