We purchased a new kitchen and had it installed in late December 2025/earlyJanuary 2026. We were simply amazed by the entire process from start to finish. The folks at TheKitchenCo. really went above and beyond, to make this a collaborative experience, as we had a certain specification in mind.  We are extremely pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish. From the initial design consultation through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Thank you to Mia Davies who was our design expert, salesperson and overall project manager. She was professional, courteous and approachable and offered great advice & guidance throughout the process The quality of the kitchen units, worktops, and finishes is excellent (we elected for the Hacker Concept as it is highly customizable), and the installation was completed by the thoroughly nice and personable Russell. He completed the installation to a very high standard (He’s been installing kitchens for over 40 years and the quality & pride in his workmanship is clear to see). Russell was punctual, courteous, and kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the project. He was the resolute perfectionist and it was a pleasure having him install our kitchen Communication was excellent at every stage, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The attention to detail and craftsmanship have transformed our kitchen into a beautiful and functional space that we are delighted with. The culture of the entire company was just very positive. There is 'no hard sale' or pressure to purchase. They just work hard to deliver a great kitchen purchase/install and aftercare experience. Where else would you see the owner of the company itself (Chris), turn up on the first day of install to help offload the kitchen, check it all over and ensure everything was clear with the install and design team. I cannot praise the quality and professionalism of this company enough. It was a pleasure dealing with them, especially in a day and age where the human touch & customer service element is being lost to an age of digital evolution. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, if you want a high quality purchase,  install and project management experience

The Kitchen Company were absolutely amazing, from start to finish. We asked them to plan and rebuild our kitchen, based on my parents’-in-law experience with this company 20 years ago. James, our main contact, was brilliant throughout the process. He had great design ideas, offered us a range of choices (recognising and understanding our preferences and budget) and highlighted areas where we could achieve efficiencies without impacting on quality. The build stage was amazing. Greg, who cleared out our existing kitchen was incredible. How he did that in less than a week, I still don’t know. Following him, Paul, who installed the new kitchen was great, a really friendly man — and you have to have someone you get on with in your house for three weeks! In terms of project management, Mark was amazing, and maintained regular contact, updating us on timings and arrival dates. In addition, the team at the office were always ready to help and support. Mona in particular was always very helpful. Overall, I cannot recommend The Kitchen Company in Uxbridge highly enough. Their attention to detail and customer service is impeccable.

We recently had our fitted kitchen and utility room completed by Chris and his team at The Kitchen Company Uxbridge, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the whole process was smooth, professional, and well organised. Chris took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from the space and offered great suggestions that improved both the layout and functionality of the kitchen and the utility room. . His knowledge and attention to detail really showed throughout the project. The installation team were punctual, tidy, and very respectful of our home. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished kitchen and utility room looks fantastic. Everything was fitted with care, and the whole team clearly takes pride in what they do. Communication was great throughout, and any questions we had were always answered quickly. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is very important to Chris and his team. We have also used the Kitchen Company several times over the years for our bedroom refurbishments. The quality of the units is fantastic along with the choice of colour and designs. We would highly recommend the Kitchen Company to anyone looking for a high-quality fitted kitchen or fitted bedroom.

Absolutely Fantastic! My kitchen needed a lot of help & friends kept telling me to go the Kitchen Company in Uxbridge. Chris initially came to my house and had a lot of ideas as he has been designing and fitting kitchens for over 30 years. I then visited the store in Uxbridge where Chris showed me plans. I ended up having a mini extension, using Builders and plumber that Chris recommended who were excellent! My kitchen looks so amazing and I am so glad I chose the Kitchen Co, Everyone is great who works there and passionate, Mona who works with Chris kept me informed and updated at all times!

From our initial consultation to the project's completion, it has been a pleasure working with the Kitchen Company.
