As soon as l mentioned l only wanted to replace tops his disinterest was obvious. I was offered some 'high end ' laminates to look at,and to find my own fitter.His tone was totally dismissive. I couldn't think of a worse place to do business with. Having put the word out ,others have had similar issues. Appalling.
