Visited the Hillington showroom, made to feel very welcome but not too pushy which we preferred to other companies we had been to previously.
Had a consultation with Yvonne who we found to be really easy to deal with and very knowledgeable when it came to the design and product range also liked the fact the units are manufactured in-house
We had a home visit by Gregor who would be installing the new Kitchen to double check sizes, he discussed a few minor alterations from the original plan that we appreciated the advise on.
Organised a second visit with Yvonne to clarify details and order new appliances which she walked us through.
The process and timelines discussed with Yvonne all went to plan and the end result we are delighted with.
When it came to organising delivery of the new kitchen, uplift of the old kitchen and payment I dealt with Taylan who was also very professional.
Overall a really good experience and delighted with the finished product.

Can not recommend Kitchen Depot highly enough, absolutely first class service from start to finish.
Started with a visit to the showroom and Marcus helped bring our idea for our kitchen to life and it looked amazing, the fitter came it to check out dimensions and turned out we had more options than we thought as I had measured wrongly.
Back to the showroom and again nothing was too much trouble for Marcus as again he helped tweek our ideas and the kitchen idea we had looked great.
Ordered it and it was the installed about a month later and the fitter was top notch talked us through everything he was doing and keeping us up to date each day, took just under a week for the kitchen to be fitted including pulling the old kitchen out.
The images we had from dealing with Marcus were great, however once the kitchen was installed it was out of this world, better than we thought.
Thank you Kitchen Depot and again highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, I had a good look round and found out that the kitchens are all made to order, all you need is the dimensions of your kitchen and you're good to go!

Pretty terrible from start to finish.
* Salesman initially measured up the kitchen sizes wrongly.
* Estimator came out to check the sizes and said salesman got it wrong and we'd need to go back for a redesign.
* Was told the old kitchen would be taken out a few days prior to the new one going in. Not the case in my instance and I had to have all the new kitchen units and appliances filling up my entire flat for 3 days.
* Was told the old kitchen stuff would be taken away sharply. Took best part of 5 days for them to come back and lift all the old stuff from the front entrance after it rained and everything looked a riot.
* Was told kitchen would be started on the Monday - this got pushed back to a rush job of fitting it over 1.5 days over a weekend.
* Electrician they sent was a cowboy. I've had to spend extra now to fix his shoddy work.
* Finished quality of the kitchen isn't great either. Lines and gaps all over the place, but probs to be expected when they rush it over a weekend.
* Trying to get any assistance from the manager was a nightmare, had to eventually write to the directors of the company, which you can find by using the Companies House website, to finally get action on the list of things I wanted fixed after they had finished the initial install of the kitchen.
* Took months for them to agree and send out someone to fix the issues.
* Got charged £200 for them to update the surroundings of a kitchen window. They just took off the wooden exterior, didn't add any PVC as I had asked for and paid for, and left it as is.
* Eventually complained enough that they offered me £150 on a pre-paid card as compensation. Never received it.
* They wanted to charge me extra to have some lights fixed, but waived the fee when I mentioned my friend had recommended kitchen depot in the first instance to me, to which they said I should have received a referral fee, which they will just use to send out an electrician to fix my lights with. Very kind of them to spend my 'referral fee' for me on a fix for my own lights that they should have sorted long ago.
Could be I've just been unlucky several times over with them in one go. Use at your own risk.
