The Kitchen Depot, Letchworth

We used the team (Chloe and Jess) at Letchworth to completely renovate our old tired kitchen. Our ideas were fully talked through so that C&J understood what we wanted to achieve and could offer us options that would work to achieve our lifestyle aims and against our budget. The quality of design and fittings are first rate. Communication was brilliant with us always kept informed of timings and no query was left unanswered. They also recommended a local fitter they work with (Rob) who equally was very communicative, supported us to be able to continue to live around the renovation, and fitted everything to a high standard, including dealing with any snags in a prompt and cheerful manner. It's been a pleasure to use their services and our only regret is we didn't do this sooner! We would highly recommend using them for any kitchen renovations.

From my first visit to the showroom to completion the advice and assistance I received was exceptional. Chloe assisted me with the design and the build was completed by Ryan and Nathan who are both excellent craftsman. I would recommend Kitchen Depot without hesitation.

Chloe, Jack and the team fitted a new kitchen for us in the spring and did a fabulous job! From the moment we entered their showroom they were attentive and listened to all of our requests. We loved the design Chloe made and she tweaked it to accommodate all of our changes no matter how obscure. Jack and his team fitted it beautifully and even made some bespoke changes during the process. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but anyone who had ever done something similar will know this is often par for the course. The after care has also been great with Chloe even checking in a few months later to see how we were doing. We love the end result and would recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their kitchen space in 2025. Thanks to everyone involved!

I brought my kitchen from Kitchen Depot after getting many quotes from other company’s. Myself and my family were very indecisive and inexperienced but Chloe was absolutely super! She assisted with everything, and went above and beyond with her personal touch. Her attention to detail and clever ideas were so helpful. Admittedly, we were very difficult customers to deal with, we changed our minds multiple times, but it did not phase this young lady. She never seemed flustered or annoyed with our inexperience. When the kitchen fitter found a broken item, all it took was a phone call to the shop and they had another part delivered straight away without charge. Chloe helped with designing and getting the most value for our money with the appliances. Over a year down the line my family is very happy with the outcome of our dream kitchen. We are so happy and grateful that we found this shop in Letchworth. When you make such a large investment in your life you need to be sure of everything and certainly not pushed or rushed into buying. It’s not like buying a car, if you don’t like it, you can sell it a year later. These guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Thank-you Kitchen Depot for everything !!!
