The Kitchen Store

We used the Kitchen Store to recreate our kitchen following a flood. We worked with Betty and had an amazing experience, she helped us bring our ideas up to a modern style and make a few improvements. We are really pleased with the results and the attention to detail from Betty was second to none. She had so much time for us through a difficult time and she came to see us after we moved back in to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend the kitchen store and Betty was great.

Betty worked with us to design a new kitchen in a challenging project due to the space and budget that we had. The whole process she was with us and I am really happy that we went to work with her. The final result is amazing, smart storage positioned and really good qualities for the budget, the most important is that we are having a blast with the new kitchen. 100% recommended.

Do not use this company. We thought we were paying for a luxury kitchen. We would have been better with Wren!! Less than a year after being being installed the blue colour is wearing off. They have told us it's normal wear. No one I have spoken to has ever seen a kitchen wear like this in less than 12 months. No way would we accept this quality if told that the colour will wear off in less than 12 months. This affects the majority of our doors. The solution according to them is touch up paint. It is not possible to touch this up by hand. The finish will not be right. Now according to them our only option is the ombudsman if we are still in not satisfied.. 😕. Edited to add. They have now said that the manufacturer will replace the affected doors. With it's normal lead time( 6 weeks). Fingers crossed the new ones last longer than a year....I'll update the photos when they arrive.

We moved into our house 5 months ago and soon decided that the kitchen really needed renovating, although it looked fine, it was not really functional. So we visited several kitchen shops in Guildford and found The Kitchen Store which had the designs were looking for and would include the electrical, plumbing and joinery all required for a new kitchen, unlike other shops we visited. During the planning process we could develop our thoughts on the final design. The schedule for the new kitchen installation was set out and everything went totally according to plan with no delays The kitchen fitter was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and tidy We are delighted with our new kitchen and can thoroughly recommend the Kitchen Store
