We approached two leading Kitchen installation company's and ultimately decided to go with the Kitchen Store, as we felt Kevin, the kitchen designer, understood what we were seeking and was best able to deliver. We were glad we chose Kevin as he just "got it" and made some excellent recommendations. Kevin was down to earth and helpful throughout the process and "listened" to us throughout (which was something the other company we approached failed to do). Our fitter was Richard who we were impressed by. He was clearly very capable and so respectful of our home. Again, he listened to us, made suggestions and explained the installation as it progressed, always welcoming questions and asking us to feel comfortable in doing so. Customer support was first class throughout with Gabby, keeping in touch and informing us of any changes to the installation etc. A new kitchen installation is always going to be stressful so tempering this by using a quality company is, in our opinion, so important and we are glad we chose the Kitchen Store. Unfortunately, we experienced a number of issues with some of the kitchen furniture which had been released by the manufacturer, Sigma 3, post it's build and quality control inspection, which was disappointing. Ultimately these issues were rectified thanks to the Kitchen Store. A big "thank you" to Kevin, Richard and Gabby and we would highly recommend the Kitchen Store to anyone else thinking of a new kitchen installation.

We have recently bought a beautiful kitchen from The Kitchen Store and are so pleased with it I had to write a review. The designer went above and beyond to make sure my kitchen was visually pleasing but also worked well and is a pleasure to cook in. He was meticulous with the design and made sure all my concerns were taken seriously, I never felt hurried or a nuisance and was told I could have as many visits as I needed. The fitting went smoothly and the after service has been great, although there have only been a couple of minor things that have been sorted promptly. A happy customer that would recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend The Kitchen Store, Brighton. Francesca designed our kitchen plus utility area and we couldn’t be happier the choice of finishes and design….I got everything on my wish list which was a hard task in our relatively small kitchen. She utilised every bit of space giving us maximum amount of storage. Harry the kitchen fitter and his team were hard working, friendly, clean and tidy. First class service from start to finish. Mark understood our vision and designed the most beautiful kitchen for us. He had some excellent ideas to maximise storage space which was exactly what we needed. He added some really interesting features which elevated our kitchen to a whole new level. Throughout the whole process from initial design to the installation of the final appliance we knew we were in very capable hands. Communication was excellent and solutions to any queries we had were answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently. The kitchen cabinets are of the highest quality, the appliances are high end and the work surface is absolutely stunning. Mark, Gabby, Dave and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to create our dream kitchen and went above and beyond to make sure that it was all completed before an important family gathering. They were courteous, professional and always friendly and were an absolute dream to work with. Thank you so much Kitchen Store, we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen!

We had an excellent overall experience having our kitchen installed by the Kitchen Store. After the original installation, we were not 100% happy with the boxing in of the boiler. I mentioned it to Kevin and he came up with an alternative design that we are happy with and now works well for us. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team, they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. Thank you for a great new kitchen.
