The Kitchen Works

Bought our kitchen September 2025, with fitting started early October 2025. Must say the quality of the units is absolutely 1st class, you will struggle to find better elsewhere. Unfortunately however, there were several issues during the installation: incorrect plan being issued to the fitter (who is brilliant by the way). incorrect sized units & doors being supplied. doors missing. handles not being supplied due to delays from the supplier. Communication leaves a lot to be desired when trying to resolve issues as they arise. Due to the incorrect plan being supplied to the fitter, we are now having to live with a very expensive kitchen that we are not 100% happy with. Maybe this is our fault as we should have insisted mid build that the correct plan was followed & the error rectified instead of trying to find a “work around” This proposed “work around” is still outstanding as of today, 9 February 2026! Unfortunately, for the reasons mentioned will not be using for our fitted wardrobes.

We purchased our kitchen from The Kitchen Works over 12 years ago and I wanted to give a long-term review. They handled everything from design to installation and I have to say we couldn't have been happier. It still looks as good today as it did the first day it was installed - the units are very well built and extremely durable - we have two teenage boys and it's a reflection of their attention to quality and craftsmanship that it still looks stunning! Their installers were brilliant and I really can't praise their entire team enough.

We found the Kitchen works through my daughter in law after previous having three quotes , by companies who really didn’t have the choices and knowledge that this company has . From Andrew’s first visit we felt refreshed and eager to get started . Andrew’s design work is first class and he listened and gave us options we really wanted . Great choice for every thing and high standard British Manufacturing. The advancement in what you can do in the kitchen , the options of design , and the quality of the product are excellent. The fitters Steve & Dan were first class in what they do , a real asset to this company. Well done Kitchen Works . I have a beautiful kitchen , something I only dreamed of . I found Kitchen Works online and it was the last place we visited. I’d had around 4/5 quotes from different businesses for the kitchen but I’m so glad we chose here! Andrew has been fantastic. We made an appointment to sit down and design the kitchen after Andrew had come to measure up. He was very knowledgable and made some great suggestions about layout and unit options. There are so many options for colours, unit sizes, styles, worktops and handles etc. We fit the kitchen ourselves and Andrew was always a phone call away with advice even after delivery! The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and at a very competitive price. I would 100% recommend people to go get a quote!

Edited 24 May '25 After being extremely happy with the top quality kitchen & customer service we received from The Kitchen Works in '22 **kitchen still looks brand new 3 yrs on** - we opted to go back to them when we wanted a couple of made to measure floating cabinets to go in 2 alcoves ( CD Storage 💿) See photos 4 & 7. Again we are absolutely delighted. The quality, customer service from Andrew Snowball and fitting from Chris really is second to none. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend. 10/10 Edited 7 June '22 Our kitchen is now installed and to say we are delighted would be an understatement. The quality is superb and with matching colour internals,soft close doors, glass sided pan drawers - it really looks and feels high end. Feel very fortunate to have found a company that offer such wonderful customer service to match their top notch kitchens. Thanks to all - in particular Andrew in the showroom. He knows his stuff and has be invaluable to us during our kitchen renovation journey. Started looking into a new kitchen months ago but until we discovered The Kitchen Works - we were struggling. A fair few companies weren't transparant with their pricing which is something we weren't comfortable with. 1 seemed to work on the premise of pluck a figure out of the air😮. Customer Service was also lacking. Andrew Snowball from The Kitchen Works has been *amazing* and given us *outstanding Customer Service* 🙌. There is so much choice these days and we've found the process daunting plus with health issues it's been a stressful time. Andrew has guided us and his help has been invaluable and so very much appreciated. You'll really struggle to find a better company for a new kitchen in our opinion. They build the carcases on site so what you get delivered is rigid built units and very good quality at that. Lots of different door options available - styles/colours/ budget depending.
