Excellent Service from this Company. They created and installed study furniture for us. Brilliant help from Martin, designing the best layout and furniture for the space available and when it came to the installation, good work by fitters Nathan and Joe. Overall very pleased we chose this company and would certainly recommend.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Designer, Installation & Quality issues.
I’m leaving this review after two years of use, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing.
Design Process – Frustrating & Lacking Expertise
The design phase was frustrating. My wife and I ended up doing most of the design work ourselves because the designers offered little input beyond saying, “That looks great”—even when it clearly didn’t. We expected professional guidance, not just agreement. Additionally, their claim of offering “bespoke” kitchens is misleading; when we asked for a specific shelf design, we were told no, but they could make a shelf—hardly the level of customization we were promised.
Installation – Poor Planning & Execution
Installation was equally painful. The designer included elements that physically couldn’t be done, leading to last-minute workarounds and unnecessary stress. My advice to future customers: scrutinize every detail and confirm feasibility before committing. Even after installation, things weren’t done according to the plans, requiring multiple follow-ups.
Issues included:
• Misalignment – Doors and units were not installed correctly.
• Quality Problems – Paint rubbed off, scratches appeared on the counter, and even the sink leaked on day one.
• Customer Service Failures – Instead of fixing these issues, they sold us a touch-up kit—at the price we paid, this should have been free.
Long-Term Quality – Extremely Poor
After just a year, it was clear the materials were subpar. The finish started wearing off, and I anticipate needing to replace and realign all doors within two years—completely unacceptable for a high-end kitchen. My previous kitchen, with a similar design, still looks brand new after five years.
Now, at the two-year mark:
• The tap needs replacing because they installed the wrong type, which is damaging an expensive worktop—yet they refuse to take responsibility.
• A carpenter is needed to realign doors because they don’t shut properly.
• Sealant is peeling away, requiring a full overhaul at our expense.
This company is not what they claim to be. Their fitters are not craftsmen, and the quality does not justify the cost. If you’re considering them, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They won’t contact me to resolve these issues.

Plenty of communication and human contact during the design and subsequent phases of fitting out two bedrooms with solid, 'last a lifetime' (probably two lifetimes) wardrobes, and chests of drawers.

I was very pleased with the advice, design and pictorial representation of the proposed new kitchen. I was also pleased with the speed and craftsmanship of of the installers. It surpassed our expectations. Thank you and well done

The Kitchen Workshop did a lovely job of renewing our galley kitchen. All stages of the design, planning and installation were handled very professionally and ran smoothly and to time. Any minor glitches that arose were resolved quickly.
I was impressed by the attention to detail, working sympathetically with original features and with end panels carefully fitted to our quirky stone walls.
Very pleased with the results and the kitchen is a pleasure to use.
