From the outset, we found John and the entire team incredibly easy to work with and genuinely helpful. They patiently guided us through their range of options answering all our questions clearly and making the planning stages surprisingly stress free. The quality of the kitchen units are truly impressive, they are very well constructed and robust suggesting excellent longevity - a real investment for our home. The installation process was particularly smooth thanks to Spencer their installer. He was an absolute professional and a pleasure to have working in our home. Spencer’s expertise was evident in his meticulous approach and he was happy to offer practical advice and solutions along the way. He clearly takes pride in his work and the final result speaks for itself. Overall we are delighted with our new kitchen. The combination of high quality products and a dedicated helpful team, especially Spencer’s excellent installation, made the entire project a positive one. I’ve used Rigid Kitchens in 2 of my homes and I’ve been really impressed both times. The team take time to understand what you need and make considered recommendations. The fitters are great - always friendly and polite and tidy up after themselves! I’ve recommended Rigid Kitchens to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Rigid Kitchens. From start to finish everything ran smoothly. Our planner, Darren was a ‘star’. He was so patient with our constant changes and nothing was too much trouble, he spent many hours getting the perfect fix for our kitchen. Our fitter, Chris was a perfectionist and installed all our units to an extremely high standard and again nothing was too much trouble. We had a kitchen extension and the owner of Rigid Kitchens (John) made several visits to our home to liaise with our builders to ensure that everything was running to plan - this gave us so much confidence that the project would run smoothly. Upon completion Rigid Kitchens offer an ‘aftercare’ service. We had a visit from Anna who wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied with everything – all part of their quality service! All in all, we cannot recommend Rigid Kitchens highly enough. We had many quotes and thought they would be outside our budget. To our surprise they were extremely competitive and offered ‘high end products’. We have had so many compliments. Well done Rigid Kitchens for providing a totally ‘hassle free’ service !
