Superb experience from start to finish. An amazing transformation of my kitchen, completed to a very high standard.

After living with my very tired old fashioned kitchen diner for many years it was time for a change. I approached a few companies before contacting SKC and within minutes of meeting Helen and then Simon I knew this was the team I wanted. Helen’s design was perfect and she put in some genius extras such as a new full height cupboard for additional storage plus a discrete place for my microwave and fridge freezer. I wanted my old conservatory to have a major facelift which Simon organised to fit in with the rest of the work. The work took 5 weeks and was expertly project managed to keep my stress levels to an absolute minimum. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly and effectively. There were so many highly skilled trades involved and they were superb, all professional, on time and tidy. Joe, who was site manager and also the plumber was always here when there were deliveries or new work starting. He was excellent and kindly ensured I was able to use my washing machine throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with the final results, the kitchen diner and conservatory are stunning. Using a local company with local skilled associates was so important to me. I cannot recommend SKC highly enough. I think the before and after photos attest to that. We contacted a few companies but as soon as we met Helen, we knew we’d found the right people to work with on our kitchen and utility. Helen had some excellent ideas and thought of things we hadn’t previously considered. Simon managed the project beautifully. From start to finish, they made the process seamless and stress free. We’re very happy with our new kitchen by the Stamford Kitchen Company. From design to completion, everyone involved has been great to work with and shown excellent attention to detail in all areas. Our house is old, listed and quirky with no straight lines anywhere so it was quite a challenge to work out how best to deal with the kitchen. Helen really helped with some great ideas on how best to use the available space. We have so much more space and light now and are no longer tripping over each other. Every single thing about the kitchen is better and it’s a joy to work in. Thank you to every person involved.

I engaged this company to design and build a new kitchen and a garden room ar my house in mid 2023. I used them because they had completed a fantastic kitchen project and associated structural renovation for my partner a few years previously.
