For anything like a lesser enquiry about Ca Pietra tile expect them to not be interested. I emailed over a week ago, nothing. I enquired on social media incase I had the wrong email. They responded very fast and told me to email. I explained that I had so please do check the inbox on the Monday. Still waited for a reply. In the end I rang them where they sounded nice as pie, told me to email them. After I told Peter on the phone that I already had, he gave me some personal email addresses, and asked when I’d need them for so he’ll take a look as the main person was on annual leave. Safe to say a week later I’m still waiting for a response and have instead had to order directly. I understand it was a small tile order but customer service still matters.

I would fully recommend The White Kitchen Company. Their designer Holly was enormously helpful during the entire process and suggested some excellent design ideas to fit in our space. She was also really creative when working around some of my ideas, offering interesting and practical solutions. The White Kitchen Company were helpful with fitting and worktop logistics and the renders were really useful in understanding how the final kitchen might look (and to be able to make as many changes in the process as necessary). The quality is excellent and a joy to use. Much appreciated, and very good value for money. Thank you.

The White Kitchen Company is highly recommended. We had a very positive experience, despite being unable to have any face to face meetings due to distance. The kitchen itself is excellent quality and we are over the moon with the final result. We love the stacked cupboards, large drawers and bespoke table. There were no hidden costs and everyone that we spoke to was extremely professional and polite. Our kitchen designer Zuzanna was really committed to helping us to realise our vision and super organised, with quick response time to questions both before and after delivery of the kitchen. The whole project including delivery ran very smoothly.

I would strongly advise anybody considering a custom-built, hand painted kitchen to contact The White Kitchen Company immediately, and make the journey to their lovely Pitsford showroom. Our delightful designer, Zuzanna, was clear thinking and imaginative, and she listened very carefully to our own ideas and details of our lifestyle. Her attention to detail was impressive throughout, and we felt, from start to finish, that we were in “safe hands”. The quality of the cabinetry and fitting is superb, and represents very good value compared to other companies in the Marketplace. This is a kitchen which we will love for many years to come… We are delighted ! Thankyou.

Working with The White Kitchen Company has been a great experience from start to finish. The kitchen looks absolutely amazing and the quality is just as good with the solid drawers and cupboards.
