Thomas James Bespoke Kitchens

My dream kitchen come true! Our space was definitely a challenging space to create and fit a kitchen, but the design team was incredible and the craftmanship and final touches were beyond. Every thing is handmade and you can really feel and see that craft. I know my kitchen will last a very very long time!

Having looked around many other Kitchen showrooms & undertaken extensive research, we knew immediately when we walked into Thomas James that we were in the ideal place for what we wanted. We were greeted by Mandy who was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We very quickly decided to use them based primarily on the fact that they offer a completely bespoke product on the kitchen units which could be manufactured by them to our exact needs. Mandy paired us with head designer Andrew who did a superb job in fully understanding the 3 design boards we took in and added his own expertise & flair to create an volcano of ideas which delivered what could only be described as a dream kitchen. The installation team were highly skilled craftsmen who turned up bang on time and did an incredible job. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish from a fantastic group of genuinely nice people who went above & beyond whenever required and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone seeking a similar dream.

We're absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and utility. The whole process was made so easy thanks to the personalised service from start to finish. Andrew was great - he put us at ease and guided us through every step. The quality of the build is excellent, and every detail has been finished beautifully. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Thomas James have been outstanding from start to finish with our kitchen. Andrew the designer was very patient with our many(!) back and forths on the design and was very accommodating with everything we requested when choosing our layout and our dream kitchen has become our reality. It exactly what we wanted and more! The fitters were amazing and so friendly and tidy and we couldn’t fault anything they did. Anything that needed fixing or changing they saw to it straight away. Gary was our main contact for organising everything and he was always so professional and responsive. The whole team have been fantastic and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone!!

From start to finish, our experience with Thomas James has been exceptional. We now have a very high quality, wonderful new bespoke kitchen and utility room that have made a huge impact on our way of life as a family and our quality of life. Andrew, the designer was extremely patient and very welcoming when we visited the design studio in Wilmslow developing the designs for our new kitchen and utility room. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us so well and was very supportive through the whole design process. Nothing has been too much trouble for Andrew and the rest of the Thomas James team and the whole team have been so professional throughout the design, planning and fitting process. Gary and his kitchen fitting team were wonderful too and were so courteous, professional and the attention to detail has been second to none. All our friends and family say our new kitchen and utility are stunning and love the new living space we have now. We would definitely recommend Thomas James Bespoke as a Company to go to for first class service and beautiful designs, they are a wonderful company.
