From the moment we stepped into the Tom Howley showroom in Guildford, we were blown away by the professionalism, creativity, and warmth of the entire team – particularly Michaela and Ruth, who made the whole experience not only enjoyable but truly inspiring. Michaela was our lead designer and she was absolutely brilliant. She listened carefully to what we wanted, understood our lifestyle and how we use our kitchen, and then came back with a design that completely exceeded our expectations. Her eye for detail, clever use of space, and ability to blend beauty with practicality was second to none. She guided us through every decision, from layout to finishes, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and effortless. Ruth was also fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. Her advice helped shape some of the finer details of the design and her calm, professional approach gave us real confidence that we were in the best hands. The result? A kitchen that is not only stunning to look at, but a joy to live and cook in every day. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and every visitor we’ve had has commented on how beautiful and well thought out the space is. Fantastic customer service from TH in Guildford. A special mention for Ruth Prescott who guided us through the process expertly. Her patience, expertise and helpfulness ensured that we now have our dream kitchen. Also Ruth Doku was very helpful too. Would strongly recommend Tom Howley on price as well. Not cheap of course but the quality is unmistakable. We did the rounds of other kitchen suppliers and TH stand head and shoulders above the others.

We’ve had our utility room designed by Michaela Williams, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She recommended great contractors and made the whole process seamless for us. We’re super happy with the outcome of our utility room, she was able to make our pinterest dream come true, even better than that. Would 100% recommend.

I have been working with Tom Howley in Guildford on a new build project and from the first time I stepped into the showroom, I was welcome with a very friendly service and felt most comfortable straight away. The sales designer who took my project on was Ruth Prescott, not only are her creations of designs outstanding. I found that Ruth who I have been working very closely with was very easy to work with throughout the project not only did she give me advice that advised me in the right direction when I needed it it was easy to get hold of her, not only by email, but also by phone with her quick response answering all my questions I needed answering I would like to say Ruth is a wonderful addition to Tom Howley and would highly recommend her to family and friends, giving her a five star plus rating thank you to all the members of staff at Tom Howley I’m now looking forward in enjoying my dream kitchen 🙏 Thank you Emma Rees
