Tom Howley | Kitchen Showroom Guildford

We could not be happier with Tom Howley. Their product is second to none. There is no doubt, their position in the kitchen sector is at the higher end, but in return, you get the very best design, manufacturing and installation service available and their vast experience speaks volumes. Our design principle was Katy of the Guildford branch. Her attention to detail was incredible and we felt her passion for our design was treated like it was her own. Her ideas and inspiration is something we are living in a day to day basis and we still cannot think or feel how it could be better. We are so grateful to her skill, intelligence and passion and enjoy her design daily. The people who install the product are incredibly skilled. Our installation was not straight forward due to our property being 120 years old. Being a bespoke product, this was a walk in the park for Josh and Scott whose skill and passion shine bright in our area. Tom Howley’s after sales service is also a highlight and one of the many reasons one should choose them as their chosen brand. If ever there was an issue (very minor in our case), they rectify is with no fuss or drama at all. We have Gary to thank for this. Thank you for everything you have done, we are very grateful.

Thank you to Miles, Ruth and the team for creating the kitchen of our dreams.. from your design inspiration to the very professional install team, the whole process has been excellent. Jon

From the moment we stepped into the Tom Howley showroom in Guildford, we were blown away by the professionalism, creativity, and warmth of the entire team – particularly Michaela and Ruth, who made the whole experience not only enjoyable but truly inspiring. Michaela was our lead designer and she was absolutely brilliant. She listened carefully to what we wanted, understood our lifestyle and how we use our kitchen, and then came back with a design that completely exceeded our expectations. Her eye for detail, clever use of space, and ability to blend beauty with practicality was second to none. She guided us through every decision, from layout to finishes, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and effortless. Ruth was also fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. Her advice helped shape some of the finer details of the design and her calm, professional approach gave us real confidence that we were in the best hands. The result? A kitchen that is not only stunning to look at, but a joy to live and cook in every day. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and every visitor we’ve had has commented on how beautiful and well thought out the space is. If you're thinking about a new kitchen and want a team that truly cares about getting it right, we can't recommend Tom Howley Guildford enough – and make sure to ask for Michaela and Ruth!

Fantastic customer service from TH in Guildford. A special mention for Ruth Prescott who guided us through the process expertly. Her patience, expertise and helpfulness ensured that we now have our dream kitchen. Also Ruth Doku was very helpful too. Would strongly recommend Tom Howley on price as well. Not cheap of course but the quality is unmistakable. We did the rounds of other kitchen suppliers and TH stand head and shoulders above the others.

We’ve had our utility room designed by Michaela Williams, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She recommended great contractors and made the whole process seamless for us. We’re super happy with the outcome of our utility room, she was able to make our pinterest dream come true, even better than that. Would 100% recommend.
