Tom Howley | Kitchen Showroom Harrogate

We remodeled our kitchen/downstairs and Tom Howley were great. The quality of the kitchens speaks for themselves. The whole team was lovely and very helpful, and Will desgined our kitchen. He was fantastic throughout - a very friendly and personable chap, and came up with an innovative design that we loved and worked great with the space (some awkward dimensions). He worked to give us what we were looking and always working with our budget in mind. He really made the experience enjoy of both my wife and myself, and it was clearly about the customer experience, not just making a sale. Ty, the Field Installation Manager was likewise great. There were a couple of issues with the remodel which slightly affected the original design, but Ty offered solutions to work with the changes and seamlessly blend design into the slightly altered space. My wife and I would both highly recommend the Harrogate team, and will be using them again if we move in the future.

The team at TH Harrogate designed and installed our kitchen for us 6 years ago and we have been delighted with the results. As such, we have arranged for them to build a media wall for us recently and we are happy to recommend them again. Working with Will in the Harrogate shop to design the unit, and then with Ron and Ty on the installation, it has been a pleasure to work with them all again. Highly recommeded.

Our first visit to Tom Howley in Harrogate was March 2023, when we met with Beth. Beth was amazing she listened to what we wanted and with her experience was able to make some great suggestions and put some beautiful designs together for us. We knew we were in the very early planning stages as our extension was not due to be started until March 2024, but this meant the extension could be planned around the kitchen. The designs gave us a vision of what it would look like and by May we had committed and locked in to the price. The attention to detail and advice Beth gave us was invaluable. Once the extension was built the designs were tweaked slightly to increase the island size, but still keeping the symmetry and stunning design. The overall process was such an exciting and pleasant experience, and I loved Beth’s honesty in telling me certain handles wouldn’t go with the colour … and she was right. There were so many decisions to make and trusting our designer made this so much easier. Beth helped guide us with lighting choices, how high to position the island pendants and wall colours. The fitting team started at the beginning of September, and were finished within the week. There were a few very minor snagging points which were sorted with a few days and now we have a truly amazing kitchen and living space. A huge thanks to the amazing team in Harrogate for such a first class experience from start to finish. Just the moment we walked in the door my partner sighed and said, oh well, I suppose we’re getting a Tom Howley 😆 We had been to Neptune and De Vol and they book looked great from afar but the quality of Tom Howley was just unparalleled in their showroom. Their welcoming team were lovely, super chatty and knowledgeable and made us scones! Beth worked up a really creative design that no one else considered and the price was genuinely significantly less than I expected considering all appliances and fitting is included in the cost. Lovely Beth had a maternity leave and left us really well taken care of by Dan, and it was all seamless. The project was installed by Ty and his team, what a set of pros they all are. Again it was all just exceptional. We had a sink problem and I’m telling you that any company out there could take a leaf from Tom Howley’s playbook in how to just delight customers. Best customer service I think I’ve ever received ever. Also a big shout out to Ron the fitter and Greg the painter, we enjoyed welcoming them both into our home and were confident they were experts in their field. We are big fans and I encourage anyone looking for a really quality kitchen to consider them. Thank you everyone!

We would like to thank Dan our designer and Liz showroom manager at Harrogate. We have had 1 initial consultation and 1 design meeting so far and the experience has been superb. Liz is always very helpful and welcoming. Dan is a brilliant designer. He listens to all our requirements and takes everything on board as well as making great suggestions. Dan knows every detail about Tom Howley kitchens and presents and explains everything with enthusiasm and pride. He has come up with a great design and we are proud to say we have commissioned Tom Howley to build us a fabulous kitchen and dining living space. We look forward to developing this as we go along.
