Total Interiors Worcester Limited

We first used TIW last summer, for an entire bathroom replacement - new ceiling, walls, door, everything. After literally YEARS of trying to find the right suite / tiles etc, someone recommended TIW and so we had Mark come out and do us a design. He listened to what we wanted and delivered an absolutely perfect spec. I think the only thing we changed was the bath taps! The best thing was how he inverted the L shaped bath (we wanted a straight outside edge) and created built in alcoves (we also wanted more storage). What a genius idea! Gary and Ben did the fitting and did their best to leave us with some degree bathroom function at the end of each day, cleaning up spectacularly at the end of every day as well. Gary dealt with my frequent neurotic questioning with good humour and great patience, which really helped reassure me as I've had several bodge jobs done by less reputable tradesmen in the past. His attention to detail was second to none - the man's a perfectionist - lots of lovely straight edges and perfect, symmetrical spacing everywhere. He consulted me throughout, making sure I was happy with this being here, or at this height / that width etc. And on several occasions he came up with ideas to make the final finish even better, such as adding lights in the alcoves for no extra charge. The other great thing with this company is that they do all aspects of the install themselves - plumbing, electrics, carpentry, tiling, the lot - so you don't have the hassle of coordinating different tradesmen. Since doing our bathroom, TIW have also fitted built in wardrobes in our bedroom, built out and insulated an internal wall which was causing us problems with condensation and mould, re-siliconed around the kitchen sink, and fitted an electric hot water heater for us. Absolutely top notch standard of work every time. I simply wouldn't use anyone else now for any aspect of home improvements. (And they are really, really nice guys too!)

Cannot recommend this team highly enough. They have designed and created me a bathroom that is even better than I could have imagined and I'm absolutely delighted. They checked in with me frequently to check I was happy and didn't want to change anything! They also came up with brilliant alternatives if we weren't able to stick with original choices eg tiles. They left the house clean and tidy every day and were polite and friendly. I have asked them to carry out further work at our house and I have no doubt it will also be carried out to the same high standard. 100% recommend!

The guys did a great job with my extremely old and worn out kitchen. It needed the full works including plaster taking back to brick, electrics and pipes moving and a storage cupboard knocking out as well as the new units and appliances. They.project managed everything in a way I never could have done myself, the installation was very good in a tricky space and the guys were friendly and easy to deal with, fully communicative at every stage. Thank you, I would highly recommend!

After being let down time and time again by other companies when trying to get a new kitchen, finding Total Interiors was such a relief. Despite having seen a previous negative review, I can honestly say they completely exceeded my expectations and did an absolutely amazing job. From start to finish, the design and fitting of my kitchen was completed to an incredibly high standard. The gentlemen who fitted the kitchen were fantastic — friendly, professional, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. No question was ever too much trouble, and whenever I rang to discuss my choices, they always answered and took the time to help. They made me feel totally at ease having them in my home, which meant a lot to me. I am beyond thrilled with my new kitchen and genuinely cannot recommend Total Interiors enough. I have already told my friends and family to use them for their future renovations! Thank you all so, so much — I absolutely love my kitchen!!!
