Came to this lovely kitchen store today with my Daughter to buy some chef knives. We were served by a lovely young lady who helped us choose a great set of Wusthof knife's, I believe her name was Naomi. We found her to be very knowledgeable a great asset to this great little shop. Will be coming back.

Outstanding in every way. The range and quality of stock is impressive. Despite being over run by last minute Christmas shoppers Sarah took the time to explain how to restore an ancient piece of equipment without pressuring me to buy a new one. Thank you. I will return. have to share a very positive experience i had at Trevor Mottram (kitchen shop in the Pantiles). Excellent customer service, and kindness shown. Can't recommend them enough. They went well over and above the call of wondrrful caring service to assist me at a difficult time.
