TRS Bespoke Interiors and Kitchens

From start to finish, Tom and his team were a fantastic example of true professionalism. We had a clear vision of what we wanted in our home, but no real idea how to bring it to life in terms of design, materials, or layout. Tom made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable. He was friendly, approachable, and incredibly reassuring—his constant reminder that “there’s always a solution” really put us at ease. The design phase was smooth and collaborative. The drawings were highly professional, and it was easy to provide feedback and request tweaks. Any changes we wanted were handled quickly and efficiently, which kept everything moving without delays. When it came to installation, the team was just as impressive. Appointments were kept exactly as agreed, and they treated our home with the utmost respect—leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. The fitters, including Owen and the rest of the team, were polite, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Even after installation, any small adjustments we needed were taken care of promptly and without hesitation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship and excellent service.

I asked Tom and his team to design and build a fitted bedroom wardrobe. I’d used Tom before, around 5 years ago, to design and fit a new stair case and panelling which he did with incredible vision, skill and attention to detail and I e enjoyed watching him grow his business since then so I knew I was in good hands. From the start the process was smooth and stress free, the hardest bit having to choose between all the amazing materials and finishes he has access to. Tom provided really clear and professional technical drawings and samples which helped visualise the product before it went into production and allowed a few design changes to be made. The fit took two days, the rest of his team bringing the same professionalism and skill I’d previously experienced. Always tidy and respectful, they fitted the cabinets, doors and trims with just a few minor alterations required to get that perfect fit. Massively impressed with the finished product, you’d struggle to improve on the fit and feel and it’s undoubtedly a premium product and service that I’d highly recommend. Thanks Tom and the team

We had a pair of oak lined bookcases either side of a media wall and fire. Tom gave us some design suggestions and helped us decide what would work best for. We agreed a timescale which they stuck to, and it was fitted while we were away. The house was left clean and tidy. It had totally transformed the room and given it some character. The workmanship I can’t fault. I would truly recommend TRS to anyone wanting a first class experience.
