Massive thank you to Alex at Upstairs Downstairs for sorting us out this lovely kitchen and all in time for Christmas too. Absolutely made up with it and highly recommended them to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom. Excellent service and quality.

What can I say? First Class service from Alex and the team. We were looking for an ex display kitchen and came across one from Upstairs Downstairs. From the initial first email enquiry Alex's attention to detail and dedication to make the kitchen work for us was second to none. Now this was no ordinary purchase. We live just outside London in Surrey and the shop being in Chester did not phase him. He worked endlessly drawing up plans of how the kitchen would look and let us purchase additional units from the manufacturer to make it a total dream kitchen for us. To crown it all Alex even delivered it himself, now that's what I call service! We really could not be more pleased with the finished project. So if you're looking to update your kitchen, forget the big boys and look no further than this terrific establishment wherever you live in the country. Mark.Alex and all the team are fantastic, they designed me a beautiful bespoke kitchen, made some excellent suggestions on how things could be improved and following their advice I have the kitchen of my dreams.

Mark, Neil and team have been excellent from start to finish. We needed an entire new kitchen with more space for our family of four. Mark created us a bespoke design allowing for more worktops and cupboard space without the kitchen appearing cramped. Upstairs downstairs delivered exactly what we asked for and have provided a brilliant service from start to finish! We did look at other providers but in our opinion nobody came close to Mark in terms of design, functionality and creativity.

Fitted hand painted kitchen installed this included all integrated appliances. From stunning design right through to completion I cannot fault the service provision and expertise of this company. Excellent value for money, quality units and therefore must recommend Upstairsdownstairs highly. The completed project outstanding with everything dealt with excellent customer service. Thank you
