Utopia Kitchens Ltd

Utopia Kitchens was recommended by a friend of ours in the construction industry. One of the major reasons for our choice to proceed with them is that they aimed to work within the budget we stipulated wherever possible. Before starting the design we were asked to send a list of 'wants' for the new kitchen (specific features, appliances, etc.), after which their designer, Simon, visited to assess what could be done. If anything might take us over-budget we were advised alternative options that would save money without compromising the overall look. We were very impressed by the level of organization and planning put into place by the team, before commencing build we were sent a detailed timeline along with contractor information. All the contractors recommended by Utopia worked to very high standards; from the installer, tiler, electrician, plumber and demo team, they kept us updated along the way. They were also very accommodating when we asked for help with items outside the scope of the kitchen build. Overall we are very happy with the new kitchen and everything that went into planning and building it, we're pleased to say that we never felt any stress or anxiety because at the end of the day everything was being handled and communicated back to us. We'd definitely recommend their company for any new kitchen installation.

Utopia did a fantastic job. From beginning to end the team was helpful and always understanding of our special requests. At all times Richard was on top of the technical problems and how to overcome them for our choices. The management team was always clear on the budget and helpful on pricing. During the fitting process Simon coordinated the flow of work, managed deliveries and liaised with the workforce in a very pofessional way. The workforce were all tidy, efficient and respectful craftsmen. Matt (the main fitter) was excellent as was Neil the electrician and Richard the plasterer. Inova Stone have left us with a seamless and beautiful granite worktop as well as the quartz backsplash, shelf and utility room fittings. We cannot recommend Utopia highly enough. They have given us the dream kitchen we wanted.

Utopia Kitchens created an amazing space, which ticked off my entire wishlist! James project managed the whole thing meticulously, nothing was too much trouble and he came up with innovative solutions to problems before I even knew there were any! Richard was there to advise when needed and Keith fitted the entire (complex) kitchen with precision and care, bringing the space to life. All the team were a delight to work with, and the project was delivered within budget. We absolutely love it and would definitely recommend Utopia.

Having had my kitchen fitted by Utopia a few years ago I was looking to get my study fitted out. Had a few quotes from Sharps, Howdens etc but so glad I went back to Utopia! They explained they don’t usually design office spaces - but I’m over the moon with my new office! It’s exactly how I imagined it to look! You can’t beat the quality of the cupboards and when fitting they offer advice which makes such a difference to the end result - for example they suggested not to put a handle on the office cupboard as it would knock into the radiator and mark it- I thought I’d remember but on day one I’d have smashed the door into the radiator! Can’t fault the design team, delivery, communication, fitting and check out the end result 😍

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and a year on it still looks gorgeous. We had been researching for a few months and we had quotes from mainstream kitchen retailers to high end bespoke kitchen suppliers. We were so pleasantly surprised with the attention to details and the care that Rick and James put in designing the kitchen. And we were mostly surprised by the affordability for the quality and service we received. I would recommend Utopia to anyone looking for a high end kitchen without the price of a designer one. We also had our TV media cabinets built by Utopia and couldn’t be happier.
