I hired Vicso for a full rewiring and re-plumbing of a mid-terraced house - including refinishing of the walls and ceilings, decorating two bathrooms and laying a wood floor. The whole project took 3 months, which was within a week of the original estimate. The whole time I had a channel of communication, and it was clear that every day that progress was being made. When questions arose, I was contacted promptly and the situation was explained clearly with costs and tradeoffs made clear (also, I was given ample time to make informed decisions without pressure). The cost was fair, and I greatly appreciated their attention to quality - when a finish was imperfect, it was spotted and fixed without me having to advocate for it. Vicso managed the coordination of numerous contractors (electricians, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, etc) which immeasurably reduced my overhead of stress. I honestly cannot imagine approaching this project without them, and I would happily employ them again.

Niro and his team have done an amazing job in our home. They renovated our bathrooms and landing, created bespoke cupboards, and even installed pocket doors where professional carpenters said it wasn’t feasible (thank you, Mariusz). Everything was completed to an incredibly high standard. Prior to starting, I received a detailed planning and costing overview, and we agreed on everything upfront. I was positively surprised that the team finished the work within the planned timelines, following the plan to the letter. On the few occasions where I changed my mind on certain fixings, communication was clear and any cost adjustments were transparently explained. Our home was treated with exceptional care and respect. There was no unnecessary noise, and all work areas were thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Interactions were always courteous and professional. We’ve worked with many highly reviewed building companies over the years in Cambridge, but Vicso & team truly stood head and shoulders above the rest. I have zero hesitation in recommending Vicso Builders to anyone considering a home renovation project. The Vicso team have done a full renovation on our property and we would absolutely recommend them. The quality of work is extremely high across the full job (kitchen, bathroom install, custom carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating) at a very reasonable price. However what sets Vicso apart is the level of care they put into their work. I genuinely felt like they were working on a property they would live in, such care was taken to doing a perfect job and correcting issues along the way. The team was respectful to our requests, great to be around and generous with their advice. They brought in and managed good contractors when they were needed and kept us in the loop through the whole process. You would be lucky to have them working on your property

Nero and his team spent 3 months doing a full renovation of our house and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. They were all exceptionally talented, great to deal with and kept the renovation on time and to budget. They undertook re plastering, re wiring, re plumbing, fitted us a brand new bathroom and decorated the house from top to bottom to a very high standard. Niro and team did an incredible job renovating our bathroom and bedrooms. They installed a new sink, wallpapered two rooms, and added cornicing. They were responsive, turning up on time every morning. The conducted their work professionally and very neatly, leaving everything looking better than we had even imagined.
