Very professional, pleasant and capable staff, both in the showroom and the fitters. We encountered a serious damp and rot problem as soon as the old shower was removed which meant that the adjoining bathroom had to be redone as well. This was the week before Christmas but the workmen worked very hard to ensure everything was completed on time. Highly recommended.

Westdown Bathrooms were polite efficient and prompt. They are a professional service that delivers on time and on schedule. The workmanship particularly by Dean and Milo was first class and produced a bathroom that I am very pleased with. They were also friendly and pleasant to engage with. Also I would like to mention Lee the plasterer who was equally efficient and pleasant . Unfortunately I did not meet the electrician but he also delivered a good service. I would certainly recommend Westdown to anyone.

From Concept to Completion - what Westdown do to perfection. We are so delighted with our new shower room and en-suite. From our first of many visits to the showroom, when we were overwhelmed with the choice of designs and fittings, we were professionally guided through all aspects of planning our new bathrooms by Toby and Phil. We agreed a start date and were advised the completion date and due to the precise planning (Denny?) everything went as smooth as clockwork and finished on agreed completion date. Their expert fitting team were amazing, very hard working, thoughtful, pleasant, polite and tidy - cleaning up as there went along and removing all rubbish from site on a daily basis. Special thanks to Paul and Julian for their craftsmanship, who did such an excellent job, and Zac who had not long started with the company. We have no hesitation in recommending Westdown for a shower installation. Every employee we met was polite, patient and knowledgeable. We chose Westdown to supply and fit our new kitchen as they are a local well established company who have a good reputation and do the whole job from conception to completion without us having to do any project management. We received lots of help and advice from Kelly in the design stage and at no time under any sales pressure. Their team of tradesmen arrived on the agreed date and were brilliant - friendly, thorough and skilfull, working with us to minimise any disruption. They also gave us advice which we appreciated.
