Good range of good for diy but on my visit,not very helpful staff. One on her phone snd the other,not really interested

On a busy road leading into the retail park but the parking is Easy and plenty. Staff were very helpful and store well stocked, all good.

We ordered a kitchen from Wickes in Salisbury in October, the old kitchen was ripped out on 20th October and due to have the new fitted by 31st October, 3 months later (January) we finally have a kitchen 99% finished, kitchen measured wrong, wrong and damaged items delievered, long delays in getting the right things delivered only to find out this was damaged too, fitter ripped out new electrics to fit worktops leaving us with another bill from the electrician to put right what we had already paid him to do. Damaged freshly painted and plastered walls, again left for us to fork out and get it put right. I have made a complaint to Wickes and they have said sorry and offered an insulting amount of £100 compensation, we have refused this and now taken it up with the ombudsman. If you are looking to get a kitchen fitted I would STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere, disgusting customer service!

The store was wearing a new look today when we went in to look at garden tools. Although we didn't quite like the ones available, we ended up buying a handy tape measure instead and decided to check other options available on the website. Check out was seamless and the staff at the till was pleasant. Overall, the store was quite organised, the items were neatly placed on the shelves, which were properly labelled in bold prints, and the aisles were spacious as always. There was some sale ongoing especially on the bathroom and kitchen units. We found the new range of kitchen installation quite modern and beautiful. (See picture and video). P.S: There's free parking.
