Wickes Slough

I ordered a unit from Wickes which finally got delivered 5 weeks after the original delivery date. Some bits were not ordered at all and it was tough trying to get all the items I wanted. Not much in the way of compensation so I will not be returning back to this or any other Wickes store again in the future. Avoid if ordering items.

Helpful staff and great deals and discounts on buying 2 items of paint and kitchen products

Had a really bad experience with the customer service lady (24/09/2025 afternoon 1:45pm) I asked if someone can help me, she said they are order staffed, which I understand. But I saw people doing collections and there were staff helping them, so I ordered a click to collect, she kept saying things to me. I felt attacked. I was going to leave my trolly outside this lovely boy Eric helped me pick up stuff and left it in my Car.

Had my kitchen planned by Jason in the Slough Wickes , found him easy to communicate with , no problem to change ideas, happy to solve issues, I felt that his knowledge for design was good

I went to Wickes to buy loft insulation and was quite surprised at the prices and the stock they carry. It was comparatively priced and with the 10% trade discount - it was really worth the effort. They carry a lot of paints and accessories, tiles and laminates, ready to take kitchen cabinets as well as bespoke designed kitchens. Wickes sells both internal and external wood, decking materials, doors, roofing materials as well as sand, gravel and cement. For the home DIY enthusiast there is a range of products and accessories as well. I walked out a happy customer:-)
