Wickes St Albans

Terrible experience getting a kitchen installed. Initial Wickes approved fitter was aggressive, incompetent and deceitful. Wickes customer relations team were uncommunicative, unhelpful and unfair in awarding compensation for delays and damages, ultimately leaving us out of pocket. The design team at the store were very good and the products seem of high quality, however I would not recommend using Wickes to install.

Great stuff. Helpful and friendly. I've bought my oak flooring from there. There was an open pack and they let me have it for free.

The most rudest staff not helpful what’s so ever! Imagine a women going into the store to buy some tiles which are VERY heavy asked customer services/ till if someone could assist me and help me he’s Answer was “ Theres a trolly there”. A member of the public in the queue actually went out his way to help me absolute appalling customer services. Should me ashamed.

Wonderful establishment, one of the best. You can get spades and drills honestly it's a bloody fantastic day out. Especially if you take kids and let them run free. So funny seeing the staff trying to persuade them to come down from the top rack of plasterboard, oh such fun

5* Rea anna is super friendly Went to Wickes for a kitchen quote and Rea anna was just brilliant. She was so lovely, really listened to everything I wanted and had endless patience, I kept changing my mind about the worktop colours and flooring. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d had such a bad experience before trying to buy a kitchen ourselves with no fitting service. Contractors constantly letting us down with quotes and dates. Wickes have been the complete opposite. Rea anna is suoer friendly, took all the stress away, sorted the kitchen and the installation in one go, and it’s honestly made such a difference. Buying a kitchen is a big deal for me, and after this experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great company, great team, and Rea anna really made sure the whole process feels easy.
