Used to be my ‘go to place’ over the years for both work and more personal projects but customer service has seriously declined. Today’s experience was so bad that I won’t spend another single £ at this location.

Wide range of products for building houses or furniture, outdoor gardening or indoor plants

There seems to be a lot of unhelpful staff at this store currently. Not a great customer experience. It is shocking given that there is a lot of competition out there that offer good products and service, such as B&Q, Toolstation, and Screwfix.

We asked Joe for advice on delivery costs and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He guided us through the process of purchasing plasterboard and additional items required. Thanks Joe for all your help.
