Wickes Swindon

Bought too much paint. Took back unopened cans and customer service refunded me with no problems. Money back in my account within days. Lovely staff.

I buy shed from wickes was missing parts i go back some day to swindon wickes they told me to contact company who's make shed they sale me not correct items but I have to sorted i wait 6 week for part they send wrong part and I hade more ordered problem. wickes staff not helping at all bad service

Fabulous staff, a guy works there named Tony and he is amazing as he helped me with putting all the packs of stones in my car. He is so friendly, helpful and kind.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to Wickes to buy a Chelsea Gate. Found the gate that I want but no hatch attached. Spoke with 2/3 shop floor assistants and or they did not have time to explain or they didn’t know where were the hatchs. Will find gate and other stuff somewhere else. Not a very good service from shop floor assistants

Always friendly staff mostly has everything in stock if not its not too long a wait
