Wickes Tunbridge Wells

Been going into Wickes as a trader now for approximately a year and one member that always stands as is Lily, blonde hair with glasses. She is always so polite, so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I appreciate such a heavy customer based role isn’t always fun but nothing ever seems to dampen her spirits and she is a total credit to your business. Future manager for sure !

Extremely disappointing experience with this home delivery service. I was waiting from 12 noon until 8 pm, and I called four times to check on the delivery. Each time, the person on the phone assured me that the driver was “on the way,” which was clearly not true. I cannot understand how a company can repeatedly mislead customers like this. I ended up wasting my entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Very poor and unreliable.

Absolutely useless place. Ordered a wheelbarrow. I am glad the delivery person informed me to check the product before accepting it. He was right. The wheelbarrow been beaten up, scratched. Dont blame this one delivery company as wheelbarrow had a signs of rust. Sorry but rust doesn't not appearch in 5 minutes. Wickes is a useless scam right now. Your quality of products and customer service gone down the drain. Hopefully you'll go bankrupt sooner or later.

Great store to visit. Staff extremely helpful and friendly too. Lots of products; Staff will check for products if not on shopfloor and order if needed. Parking convenient at front of store.

Helpful staff make a better experience and most products can be found there. Recommended.
